D3.1 - AgroHerni validation report

Report of the MAP packed - RTE fresh-cut vegetable validation in terms of industrial performance, shelf-life quantification, and microbiological and sensorial analysis.

D1.1b Final report on risk management

The risk management report will include an update of the technical and commercial risks identified during the feasibility study and will explain the corrective actions implemented and a plan for risk contingency from M12 to M24.

D3.3 - Pescamur validation report

Report of the Vacuum packed RTE fresh fish products validation in terms of industrial performance, shelf-life quantification, and microbiological and sensorial analysis.

D3.2 - El Pozo validation report

Report of the RTE sliced meat products in Clean Room Packaging validation in terms of industrial performance, shelf-life quantification, and microbiological and sensorial analysis.

D4.2 - Evidence of application to certifications required

A report will be presented gathering the evidences of the applications to the required necessary certifications for market launching and commercialisation

D5.3 - Brochures and scientific publications report

This report will include the presented brochures to potential customers and the scientific publications published.

D5.1 - Report on plan for dissemination and communication

This report will describe the activities that have been and will be carried out during the project. We consider this strategy the most appropriated since at the beginning of the project we will make a special emphasis in communicating that the equipment is being validated at industrial scale.
