Assessing behavioural biases and financial literacy

This deliverable will assess significant biases to be used and design the tools mostly printed and online questionnaires for assessing the interrelation between financial literacy and behavioural biases and their impact in the decision making

Implementation of preparatory actions for RCT, surveys and serious game

This deliverable includes all actions needed for conducting the pilot cases. Specifically, includes the dissemination of the information material for RCTs, the dissemination of the questionnaires, and the implementation of the serious game.

Impact evaluation plan and policy measures

This deliverable includes all related information from previous working packages and transform this information into policy measures.

Project Scientific/Technical Plan

The innovation strategy will be defined in this deliverable in terms of ensuring the project excellence in accordance with the H2020 program and call requirements.

Serious game implementation design

In this deliverable the specifications for the usage of the gamification engine and JRCs tool will be games will be delivered

Report on dissemination and impact assessment

Detailed version of the preliminary plan described with concrete plans for the dissemination activities of each partner The report will be updated on M24 and M36 aggregating the outcome of the planned activities assessing their impact and constituting the plan for the piloting phase

Project Management Handbook

This handbook will enclose all procedures and guidelines towards the administrative and management requirements of the EVIDENT project. Further, it will include the the EPC as well as the list of the Data Protection Officers (DPOs) of each beneficiary involved in collecting and/or processing of personal data.

Verification and Validation Report for final version of EVIDENT platform

Final EVIDENT platform and compilation of integration procedures with the tools developed on previous tasks. Validation and testing of proof-of-concept platform, documenting how well the platform satisfies the project’s requirements.

Architecture, design and integration documentation

Documentation about architecture and design of EVIDENT platform including description of integration with 3rd party systems

Specifications of preparatory actions for RCT, surveys and serious game

This deliverable prepares for all actions in order for successfully implement RCT surveys and serous game It is the link between research partners and participants

Analysis of best practices

This deliverable will review and analyse field trials projects surveys and initiatives taken place in energy efficiency under the lenses of behavioural insights In this vein EVIDENTs output will maximize its potential benefit to the society

Updated data documentation

This deliverable is the updated version of D5.3.

Analytical usage handbooks for tools and datasets

This deliverable will develop the usage-handbook to be used by third parties in order to replicate results and enhance research in energy efficiency domain.

Data documentation

This deliverable presents in clear and comprehensible way the datasets used for evaluating the policy interventions in the project.

Updated impact evaluation plan and policy measures

This deliverable is the updated version of D5.1.

Optimized protocols design

In this deliverable methodologies and protocols will be redesigned and optimized after the evaluation of the first phase interventions have taken place.

Updated econometric methodologies and robustness tests

This deliverable will update the models the econometric models and provide new insights considering new datasets that arise during the time of the project.

Field studies, serious game and surveys protocols design and pilots design

In this deliverable will be specified the pilot cases and the related methodologies for estimating the impact of energy efficiency interventions in terms of GWhyear or other measures of energy savings

Econometric analysis and robustness tests

This deliverable will develop the econometric tools described in D4.1 as well as the related robustness tests.

Analytical qualitative and quantitative tools requirements (econometric models)

This deliverable will review categorize analyse and propose the econometric models to be used for inferencing the output of the implemented policy interventions

Specifications of big data analytics

This deliverable will provide an overview and thorough description of the specifications and tools that are required for analysing big data Real time energy data on minute to minute basis will be collected in one of the pilots and big data analytics will contribute to their subsequent use in WP4

Data collection and management

This deliverable collects the data for all trials and surveys taken place in the project for WP4 to use it.

Gamification Tools of EVIDENT platform

This section will include the implementation of serious games that will be used as an information retrieval interface and at the same time will provide useful information and advices to the stakeholders.

Data collection tool that will be used as the first method the user will interact with EVIDENT platform. The tools that will be developed will be in the form of user questionnaires, polls and surveys.

Datahub Services of EVIDENT platform

A dedicated section upon the EVIDENT platform where the user could spectate, download and use project’s tools, data and results.

Project Communication Kit

Initial project publicity material consisting of the project website poster leaflet and factsheet as well as the projects social media accounts ie Twitter LinkedIn and Facebook
