Implementation of preparatory actions for RCT, surveys and serious gameThis deliverable includes all actions needed for conducting the pilot cases. Specifically, includes the dissemination of the information material for RCTs, the dissemination of the questionnaires, and the implementation of the serious game.
Impact evaluation plan and policy measuresThis deliverable includes all related information from previous working packages and transform this information into policy measures.

Project Management HandbookThis handbook will enclose all procedures and guidelines towards the administrative and management requirements of the EVIDENT project. Further, it will include the the EPC as well as the list of the Data Protection Officers (DPOs) of each beneficiary involved in collecting and/or processing of personal data.
Verification and Validation Report for final version of EVIDENT platformFinal EVIDENT platform and compilation of integration procedures with the tools developed on previous tasks. Validation and testing of proof-of-concept platform, documenting how well the platform satisfies the project’s requirements.

Analytical usage handbooks for tools and datasetsThis deliverable will develop the usage-handbook to be used by third parties in order to replicate results and enhance research in energy efficiency domain.
Data documentationThis deliverable presents in clear and comprehensible way the datasets used for evaluating the policy interventions in the project.

Specifications of big data analyticsThis deliverable will provide an overview and thorough description of the specifications and tools that are required for analysing big data Real time energy data on minute to minute basis will be collected in one of the pilots and big data analytics will contribute to their subsequent use in WP4
Data collection and managementThis deliverable collects the data for all trials and surveys taken place in the project for WP4 to use it.

This section will include the implementation of serious games that will be used as an information retrieval interface and at the same time will provide useful information and advices to the stakeholders.
Crowdsourcing Tools of EVIDENT platformData collection tool that will be used as the first method the user will interact with EVIDENT platform. The tools that will be developed will be in the form of user questionnaires, polls and surveys.
Datahub Services of EVIDENT platformA dedicated section upon the EVIDENT platform where the user could spectate, download and use project’s tools, data and results.
