Large scale campaigns to demonstrate how TSO-DSO shall act in a coordinated manner to procure grid services in the most reliable and efficient way

D2.5 Game-changers to promote consumer participation and to reduce transaction costs: specification of innovative ways of promoting consumer engagement and technologies to improve cost efficiency

This deliverable will identify enabling technologies applicable to incentivize consumers participation to energy marketplace in order to make consumer flexibility available for TSO and DSO. For some of those, identified as high potential game-changer technologies, related requirements and correspondent specification will be defined for the application in the context of the pan-European platform for flexibility services. This deliverable is linked to task 2.6.

D6.3 Economic assessment of proposed coordination schemes and products for grid services

This deliverable will analyse the economic implications of the proposed coordination schemes and products For that purpose it will identify the impacts both at system level for the three countries involved in the demonstrations and for each of the actors involved in the business case in a second moredetailed analysis It is linked to task 63

D7.3.1-3 Stakeholder Forum Report: Three successive versions (annual update) on proceedings of the workshops and other activities carried out within the year (D7.3.1, M12, D7.3.2, M24, D7.3.3, M42)

These three deliverables will be annual reports on the activities of the Stakeholder Forum (SF) in this project. The first one (7.3.1) will be delivered on M18 and report on the establishment and first six month of activities of the SF. The second (7.3.2) and third ones (7.3.3) will be delivered respectively on M30 and M42 and report on the activities of the two last years of activities of the SF. These deliverables are linked to task 7.3.

D3.7 Final Spanish Demo report: Results and Analysis of the Full-scale Demonstration

This deliverable will analyze the performance indicators calculated form the results of the second demonstration phase in order to evaluate the overall pilot concept and the solutions developed in the Spanish demos

D7.7.3 Proceedings of Final Conference in Brussels

This deliverable comes in addition to D772 It will be a thorough report on the proceedings of the Final Conference including the This deliverable is linked to task 77

D5.2 Report on Software Development Activities

This deliverable will provide a simulation-based evaluation of the missing links - which could not be tested in the demonstrators - in the identified relevant combinations of products for grid services and coordination scheme(s) in terms of economic and technical KPIs and will thus complement the evaluation provided within D6.1. It is linked to task 6.2.

This report described the corrective actions for handling the errors identified in the Phase 1 testing.

D4.5 Report on Lessons learned, bug fixes and adjustments in products and routines

This deliverable will report on lessons learned, bug fixes and adjustments in products and routines in the test demonstration that will be used in large-scale demonstration. This is linked to T4.5.

D7.4.2 Final exploitation plan validated by all parties

In this deliverable the Project will be consolidate all the individual exploitable results considering all the findings relevant for commercial exploitation and market takeup

D5.9 Report on Evaluation

This reports includes the evaluation of the Phase 2 Testing according to the evaluation procedures described in Task 51

D2.1 Markets for DSO and TSO procurement of innovative grid services: Specification of the architecture, operation and clearing algorithms

This deliverable will coordinate the procurement schemes for different products considering the nature of the product including the specification of technical requirements, the existing market platforms and regulatory framework. The overall system architecture will be defined for the different demos. This deliverable is linked with the different demos’ specifications tasks: T3.2, T4.2 and T5.2.

D7.7.1 Communication kit for Final Conference in Brussels

The deliverable gathers all products developed with a view fostering communication for the Final Conference A communication kit will be prepared to ensure a proper dissemination of the results Among others it will include leaflets video factsheets and webbased infographics This deliverable is linked to task 77

D7.1.2 Project website publicly available, intranet operational

This deliverable consists in creating the project website, specifying the public and private interfaces, access to the different deliverables and presentations, management of internal and external communication channels, among other functionalities.

D3.6 Analysis and results of real data from operations (Part 2)

This deliverable will provide final results after the full testing phase This deliverable will demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of using demand side resources for providing services to DSOs and TSOs This deliverable is linked to task 36

D2.4 Interoperable platforms for procuring energy services from consumers, storage and generators: specification of the interfaces linking the markets for grid services, the advanced monitoring tools for grid operation and the flexibility provided

This deliverable will specify the data models and formal data exchnages in processes dealing with market communications and operational planing systems. It will formally cover the payloads and non functional requirements imposed by the aspect of energy services procurement.

D7.2.1 Agreement on a common position paper with related projects in the same call

This deliverable aims to provide an agreement between the CoordiNET project and the other project selected in the same call topic, namely the INTERRFACE project, on complementarity to develop and potential overlap to avoid in the conduct of the two projects. This deliverable will pave the way for D7.2.2 and D7.2.3. It is linked to task 7.2.

D1.2 User and Customer-engagement plan: validated plan for users' recruitment and operation of the cascading funds

This deliverable will provide the main guidelines for the Demonstration Leaders to recruit end used as well to distribute cascading funds.

D7.7.2 Press release on Final Conference in Brussels

This deliverable is a press release that will be drafted to widely circulate the results of the final conference in a fast and efficient manner This deliverable is linked to task 77

D1.5 Business use case : Business use case definition

The deliverable includes description of Business Use Cases for each Demonstration site according to the selected coordination scheme. The description will be based on the IEC 92559 standard.

D2.3 Aggregation of large-scale and small-scale assets connected to the electricity network: specification of the aggregation and disaggregation algorithms and market bidding strategies

The deliverable will define the requirements for building the aggregation and disaggregation algorithms to be used by aggregators in the context of the pan-European platform for ancillary services. It should contain minimum requirements, desirable requirements and optional requirements. It is linked to task 2.4.

D1.4 DER characteristics for the transaction model alternatives: definition of the main characteristics of the best DER candidates for market products to be tested

This deliverable will list the main technical characteristics of DER related to be considered in the development of services and products of CoordiNET

The demonstration plan includes all the necessary details for the development and deployment of the solutions, the user engagement plan and the evaluation plan. This deliverable will report on results and analysis of the fullscale demonstration This is linked to T 47

D1.6 List of KPIs: KPI and process of measures

The deliverable will list the Key Performance indicators for each demo site following the EEGI methodology. The evaluation will cover technical, environmental and economic aspects.

D6.2 Evaluation of combinations of coordination schemes and products for grid services based on market simulations

This deliverable will provide a simulationbased evaluation of the missing links which could not be tested in the demonstrators in the identified relevant combinations of products for grid services and coordination schemes in terms of economic and technical KPIs and will thus complement the evaluation provided within D61 It is linked to task 62

D7.4.1 - Principles on exploitation plan agreed by all parties

This deliverable contains the main aspects to be considered for the final exploitation plan to be delivered at the end of the Project This deliverables will consider the inputs already identified in D711 and the results of the first three exploitation workshops foreseen at Months M12 M24 and M36

D8.5 – Protections of Personal Data This deliverable will be defined for the Protection of Personal Data of all the members of the consortium that form the CoordiNet Project

D7.6 Connection with Bridge duties

This deliverable will collect the main points of the periodic meetings during the project. The objective of these coordination meetings (also called BRIDGE Initiative) is to gather information from other EU projects on the Smart Grid demonstration. This deliverable is linked to task 7.6

D1.1 Market and regulatory Analysis: Analysis of current market and regulatory framework in the involved areas

This deliverable will describe the current markets mechanisms and regulatory framework of the different areas involved in the project at both national level as well as the European-wide initiatives, including proposals and new legislation: Clean Energy Package, Network Codes, and Regional Initiatives. Furthermore, this deliverable will contrast the state-of the art proposals to improve the status-quo in the collaboration between TSOs and DSOs. This deliverable will be link with other tasks, mainly T.1.3 and T2.1.

D2.6 Creation of service overview for the DSO interactions: Documentation of services provided

This deliverable will provide final results after the full testing phase This deliverable will demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of using demand side resources for providing services to DSOs and TSOs This deliverable is linked to task 36

D6.7 Roadmap towards a new market design including the implementation standardized products for grid services

This deliverable is the final deliverable of WP6 and will include a set of recommendations for regulatory arrangements and adaptations to the current market design to enable TSOs and DSOs to procure the considered standardized products for grid services in a coordinated manner across Europe

D3.1 Report on functionalities and services

This deliverable will describe the technical specification of the Spanish demos to evaluate the different coordination schemes, including the services that will be tested, the software and hardware functionalities, control and communication requirements. Furthermore, it will include the network specificities and tasks that will be carried out by TSOs and DSOs. Finally, it will specific the KPIs and case studies for the different locations and services. This deliverable is linked with the rest of tasks of WP3

D4.4 Finalized demo run: small scale, in order to test functionality of SW and HW and products and routines

This deliverable presents results from the first demo run about functionality, products, customer recruitment, software and hardware performance. This is linked to T 4.4

D6.4 Scalability and replicability analysis of the market platform and standardized products

This deliverable will report on the main findings of the Scalability and Replicability Analysis and will include a set of rules on how to replicate the proposed solutions ie the market platform and standardized products at the national level but also within other EU countries It is linked to task 64

D3.5 Evaluation of preliminary conclusion from demo run

This deliverable will analyze the performance indicators calculated from the results of the first phase in the demonstration in order to have a first evaluation of the overall pilot concept and the solutions developed The results will be used as input to the second testing phase and to WP2 and WP6 of the project In this way other WPs will be able to make progress in their respective tasks with real data and lessons learned from the initial phase of the demonstration campaign

This reports includes the results of the final testing of the CoordiNET solution as well a list of the collected data

This deliverable will be based on deliverable 7.2.1, and on the existing assumptions, findings and recommendations expected by the two projects. It aims to draft a first structure and propose some ideas of content for the final position paper co-drafted with the INTERRFACE project. It is linked to task 7.2.

This deliverable will include an evaluation of the tested combinations of products for grid services and coordination schemes for each of the demonstrations in terms of economic and technical KPIs as identified in WP1 It is linked to task 61

D2.2 Advanced network monitoring and operation tools: Specification for improved DSO-TSO collaboration to increase observability and optimise operations

This deliverable will list the generic requirements for the monitoring of distribution and transmission network monitoring. Furthermore these tool will assist the operators to quantify the needs of flexibility

D6.6 Ex-post customers' perception and engagement assessment of the demonstrations

This deliverable will report on the evaluation of the customer engagement and perception after the demonstrations based on complementary approaches ie the analysis of demonstration data interviews and online questionnaires The main characteristics of industries and sectors that facilitate DERs to provide the grid services considered within the project and recommendations for improved customer engagement including incentives will be reported It is linked to task 66

D7.1.1 Communication, dissemination and exploitation plan (D7.1a, b, c at M12, 24, 36)

This deliverable will present the communication and dissemination plan, including the creation of a project website and social media announcements, detailed list of conferences and scientific publications where the different activities are expected to present the most relevant results. Target groups workshop and stakeholders meetings will be key to put forward the main results. This deliverable sets the communication strategies for the whole project. A preliminary individual exploitation plan will be included.
