Leistungen

Use-case planning & evaluation v1

Result of T6.2, this document contains the specification of the use-case plan, including purpose and background, objectives and evaluation criteria, strategy, prerequisites, assumptions, risks, personnel and responsibilities, organization, site description, methodology, schedule and test result collection. It also describes the associated trial evaluation plan and KPIs. Two releases are planned, one for each phase.

Ethics compliance report

This deliverable will report the results of an analysis on the ethics compliance of SIMPATICO activities with the ethical principles and relevant national, EU and international legislation. Special attention will be devoted to issues such as the collection and/or processing of sensitive personal data and to the involvement of human participants in SIMPATICO use cases.

Data management plan v1

"SIMPATICO participates in the ""Pilot on Open Research in HORIZON 2020"". The Data Management Plan, as required by the EU, will explains which of the research data generated in SIMPATICO will be made open, how data will be shared and which procedures will be put in place for long-term preservation of the data. It will also contain a detailed analysis of privacy issues related to collecting, storing and handling personal data in project activities, and will identify suitable data anonymization and aggregation techniques to be applied before these data can be made publicly available. This deliverable contains the preliminary version of the Data Management Plan, as defined in the initial phases of the project."

Project management plan

This deliverable is the product of all WP1 tasks: it defines how the project is to be executed, monitored and controlled. It also includes the Risk Management Plan and the Quality Assurance Plan. This deliverable will be agreed and approved by all partners.

User interactions modelling and design

Result of T3.1, technical report covering functional and non-functional requirements, modelling and design for interaction processes involving main actors and SIMPATICO system.

Intermediate activity report

This report contains an overview of the activities carried since the M12 periodic report: the progress in relation to the project objectives, the progress towards the milestones and deliverables, and any problems encountered and corrective actions taken. It also includes a justification of the costs incurred and of the resources deployed by each partner, linking them to the implemented activities.

SIMPATICO platform validation report v1

Result of T5.4, this document will contain SIMPATICO platform evaluation results obtained after each of the two phases of use-cases.

Dissemination plan

The dissemination plan contains all planned dissemination and communication activities as guideline for the Consortium.

Citizenpedia framework specification and architecture

Result of T4.1, specifies the requirements of the human-mediated computation component designed to complement with human knowledge the automatic adaptation and annotation of contents and workflow enabled in WP2 and WP3.

A project website will be developed by Task T7.2 and made ready at an early stage of the project in order to reach the highest number of stakeholders. The Project website will be constantly updated including information about dissemination activities to be carried out by the Consortium and public deliverables.

Final text and workflow adaptation

Final version of text and workflow adaptation component and Citizen data vault, in a form ready to be exploited beyond SIMPATICO project.

SIMPATICO interoperability framework and use-case environments v1

Result of T52 and T53 it will consist of both the technical report and source code for the design and implementation of the SIMPATICO interoperability framework and related connectors to be used in usecases together with the actual integration of the SIMPATICO components within each usecase

Advanced methods and tools for human computation

Result of T4.2-T4.5, fully functional human computation framework including advanced components for the social Q/A engine, collaborative procedure designer, Citizenpedia knowledge database and API. Components will be integrated and expanded following feedback from first validation phase. This deliverable will also include stakeholder incentivization techniques (e.g. gamification) integrated within the Citizenpedia component.

Advanced version of text and workflow adaptation

Results of further work done in T2.1-T2.4, including an advanced version of the adaptation framework, with handcrafted and induced rules, the evaluation of the framework, and the advanced implementation of the Citizen data vault.
