Ethics compliance reportThis deliverable will report the results of an analysis on the ethics compliance of SIMPATICO activities with the ethical principles and relevant national, EU and international legislation. Special attention will be devoted to issues such as the collection and/or processing of sensitive personal data and to the involvement of human participants in SIMPATICO use cases.
Data management plan v1"SIMPATICO participates in the ""Pilot on Open Research in HORIZON 2020"". The Data Management Plan, as required by the EU, will explains which of the research data generated in SIMPATICO will be made open, how data will be shared and which procedures will be put in place for long-term preservation of the data. It will also contain a detailed analysis of privacy issues related to collecting, storing and handling personal data in project activities, and will identify suitable data anonymization and aggregation techniques to be applied before these data can be made publicly available. This deliverable contains the preliminary version of the Data Management Plan, as defined in the initial phases of the project."
Project management planThis deliverable is the product of all WP1 tasks: it defines how the project is to be executed, monitored and controlled. It also includes the Risk Management Plan and the Quality Assurance Plan. This deliverable will be agreed and approved by all partners.
User interactions modelling and designResult of T3.1, technical report covering functional and non-functional requirements, modelling and design for interaction processes involving main actors and SIMPATICO system.
Intermediate activity reportThis report contains an overview of the activities carried since the M12 periodic report: the progress in relation to the project objectives, the progress towards the milestones and deliverables, and any problems encountered and corrective actions taken. It also includes a justification of the costs incurred and of the resources deployed by each partner, linking them to the implemented activities.
SIMPATICO platform validation report v1Result of T5.4, this document will contain SIMPATICO platform evaluation results obtained after each of the two phases of use-cases.
Dissemination planThe dissemination plan contains all planned dissemination and communication activities as guideline for the Consortium.

It also describes the associated trial evaluation plan and KPIs. Two releases are planned, one for each phase.
Citizens & stakeholders engagement & community building plan v2Result of T6.3, this document contains the plan for building a community for the users and stakeholders in all the use-case sites, including details about the communication channels and contents. There will be two versions, one before the first phase of the use-cases and another one for the second phase.
Dissemination & communication materialsOverview of dissemination activities carried out during the project and all communication materials produced (media press releases, newsletters, leaflets, posters, policy briefs, scientific publications).
Citizenpedia framework specification and architectureResult of T4.1, specifies the requirements of the human-mediated computation component designed to complement with human knowledge the automatic adaptation and annotation of contents and workflow enabled in WP2 and WP3.
Citizens & stakeholders engagement & community building plan v1Result of T6.3, this document contains the plan for building a community for the users and stakeholders in all the use-case sites, including details about the communication channels and contents. There will be two versions, one before the first phase of the use-cases and another one for the second phase.
SIMPATICO platform validation report v2Result of T5.4, this document will contain SIMPATICO platform evaluation results obtained after each of the two phases of use-cases.
SIMPATICO evaluation report v2Results of T6.5, this report describes the main findings of the evaluation with respect to the planned KPIs. The document will evaluate both the technical aspects of the SIMPATICO solution and the social implications of its adoptions among citizens, civil servants and other stakeholders.
SIMPATICO platform requirements and architecture v2Result of T5.1, this deliverable will include a specification of the functional and non-functional requirements of SIMPATICO’s stakeholders. In addition, the overall architecture of SIMPATICO environment will be defined together with its main components including component interfaces, technologies and external APIs. The second version of the deliverable will take into account feedback from use-cases and will deliver the consolidated version of the architecture.

The document will evaluate both the technical aspects of the SIMPATICO solution and the social implications of its adoptions among citizens, civil servants and other stakeholders.
SIMPATICO platform requirements and architecture v1Result of T5.1, this deliverable will include a specification of the functional and non-functional requirements of SIMPATICO’s stakeholders. In addition, the overall architecture of SIMPATICO environment will be defined together with its main components including component interfaces, technologies and external APIs.
This deliverable revises the Data Management Plan according to any update or correction on the procedures and techniques concerning data sharing, long term data preservation, privacy issues and personal data handling.
A project website will be developed by Task T7.2 and made ready at an early stage of the project in order to reach the highest number of stakeholders. The Project website will be constantly updated including information about dissemination activities to be carried out by the Consortium and public deliverables.
