Methodological framework document (1st version)

Scientific publication of the MDI methodology

TB will use the outcomes of the city pilot tests to assess the accuracy and the transferability of the Mobility Divide Index in order to produce a publication for the implementation of the methodology A book will be edited dealing with the description of the method for the measurement of the accessibility of public transport systems designed in WP4 a report of the test implementation during the demonstrations WP6 and a practical guideline for its adoption The publication will be also presented to the addressed public policy makers and transport planners in WP8 This deliverable is related to Task 41

The report will cover the state of the art of legislation especially if referring to standards existing standards and ongoing standardisation activities as well as of pertinent preferably standardsbased certification schemes The analysis will also cover legal issues eg copyright with regard to nonlinguistic forms of communication content This deliverable is related to Task 33
