The paper contains a distillation of the findings and is aimed for the transport disability group of the EU Parliament and other transport and disability policy makers in Member States This deliverable is related to Task 24

Report on Mobility Services Trends Impacts and Related Policies

A report on the findings of a desktop research concerning 10 new mobility services across Europe focusing on service and operational concepts from a disabled users perspective highlighting disabilityrelated gaps The report includes indications about existing relevant service standards and a provision of examples of good practice where these already exist This deliverable is related to Task 31

Quantitative survey report (1st version)

This report presents users mobility needs and challenges and initial attitudes towards future transport trends including their challenges and usage barriers especially when transport is interrupted eg due to extreme weather conditions The first version M35 will capture only disabled users views while the final report will synthesise data from disabled and other vulnerable to exclusion communities and will be included as part of sectionchapter in D71 This deliverable is related to Task 23

Methodological framework document (1st version)

This deliverable forms the first version of the methodology document It is based on the first iteration of the method developed with a group of disabled users from across partners and locations The following versions are updated following key stages of its development such as the local training session in the pilot cities M16 learning from the experience of making use of the method in mixed groups of transport stakeholders in each location M34 and synthesising lessons learned general principles evaluation data and application guidelines M35 In the final version the method is validated and all experiences are collected to form a document outlining lessons learned general principles evaluation data and application guidelines This deliverable is related to Task 52 Task 53 Task 54 and Task 55

MDI - Mobility Divide Index

An innovative methodology to assess the accessibility level of a public transport system for the different categories of disabled and vulnerable users This deliverable is related to Task 41

Scientific publication of the MDI methodology

TB will use the outcomes of the city pilot tests to assess the accuracy and the transferability of the Mobility Divide Index in order to produce a publication for the implementation of the methodology A book will be edited dealing with the description of the method for the measurement of the accessibility of public transport systems designed in WP4 a report of the test implementation during the demonstrations WP6 and a practical guideline for its adoption The publication will be also presented to the addressed public policy makers and transport planners in WP8 This deliverable is related to Task 41

Report on Accessibility standards and legislation

The report will cover the state of the art of legislation especially if referring to standards existing standards and ongoing standardisation activities as well as of pertinent preferably standardsbased certification schemes The analysis will also cover legal issues eg copyright with regard to nonlinguistic forms of communication content This deliverable is related to Task 33

Exploitation strategy

A comprehensive deliverable reporting on the exploitation strategies of the partners and of the entire consortium against the framework of a European model for upscaling and transfer of good practice in making mobility services majorly inclusive This deliverable is related to Task 83

Prototypes of inclusive mobility solutions and validation

The report describes the brief for the development of the prototype presents the process and the resulting prototype and the results of their validations This deliverable is related to Task61 and Task 62

Industry Roadmap and policy recommendations

This report will collect the outcomes from T71 T72 and T73 in one document The document describes the industry and policy recommendations for overcoming institutional challenges to adopting citizendriven mobility innovations It also outlines the steps that may lead to further development research priorities and adoption of inclusive digital mobility innovations for all categories of public with a special attention to the vulnerable ones
