Electrochemically-enabled high-throughput peptidomics for next-generation precision medicine

Resultado final

µ-array proof on concept evaluation

UCPH will evaluate the µ-array immunosensor device (deliverable3.5) to establish the technology breakthrough proof-of-concept (deliverable 3.6) by benchmarking it to other traditional or commercial µ-arrays and by validating the performance (binding) against existing assay technology. Combinations of several MHC molecules (from recombinant libraries) and corresponding peptide sequences from (UCPH) verified T cell epitopes extracted from cases of viral infections (yellow fever, EBV, CMV) will be used26. The obtained data will be used to foresee the future application for cancer treatments.This deliverable integrates also the former 2.6, with an evaluation of our sensors to interact with proteins like antibodies and MHC molecules.

µ-array proof of concept

LIST with the rest of the partners will integrate in a single prototype µ-array device (deliverable 3.5) the multiplexed FinFET sensor chip (deliverable 3.2) with the multiplexed EPS chip (deliverable 3.3) and µ-fluidic system (deliverable 1.2), updating accordingly the software.In this deliverable we will also provide the evaluation of the EPS foreseen in the original deliverable 1.9, as it will be more easy with the information from the sensors.
