Second report on dissemination & exploitation support activities

Covers progress in dissemination and exploitation activities over the first 24 months, including a description of strategic/policy related outcomes generated by the project so far and how these have been communicated to relevant stake holders during the second reporting period. This also includes the outcomes of the first international upscaling support workshop.

Evaluation framework

Presents a consolidated version of the approach to be adopted towards iterative usability/ functionality evaluation and pilot impact evaluation. Includes descriptions of the conceptual approach agreed, operational methods & tools to be applied and time planning for all evaluation activities throughout the project’s life cycle.

Local validation trial report v.2

This report provides an overview of the operational achievements, experiences and lessons learned based on the entire 12 months of the three validation trials.

Final release of WhereWeLive platform prototype

This release will be the finalised version, ready to be validated at the three trial sites

Data Management Framework

This report details the WeGovNow Data Management Framework. This includes the preliminary Data Management Plan.

Final Data Management Plan

The final DMP represents the policies to be followed during the pilots and after the conclusion of the project.

Consolidated conceptual & methodological framework v2

This deliverable will be an updated version of D1.1 as far as lessons learned throughout the first phase of the project suggest that any adaptations may be meaningful in relation concepts and/or methods specified and or guidance developed initially.

First release of WhereWeLive platform prototype

A first release of the platform will be provided, in particular proving that the four main components interact together in ways meeting the system requirements.

Third report on dissemination & exploitation support activities

Covers progress in dissemination and exploitation activities over the entire project duration, including a description of strategic/policy related outcomes generated by the project so far and how these have been communicated to relevant stake holders during the third reporting period. This also includes outcomes of the second international upscaling support workshop.

Local validation trial report v.1

This report provides an overview of the operational achievements, experiences and lessons learned from the first 5 months of the validation trials. It also includes a discussion of any facilitators, changes in trial environments, and obstacles faced, as well as any adaptations of the local validation trial plans which are to be agreed upon for the remaining time of each of the three trials

Consolidated conceptual & methodological framework v1

Contains operational specifications of concept, methods and procedures to be applied for the purposes of the project in relation to research & innovation aspects, usability & e-accessibility aspects as well as legal, data protection and ethical aspects.

Preliminary outcomes of validation trials

Presents interim results of evaluation activities conducted within Task 4.2.

Strategic recommendations

This document is based on Task 5.6.

WeGovNow Use Cases v.2

Second version of the documentation of use cases, fully reflecting the experiences from the community engagement measures carried out at each of the three trial sites.

Consolidated system architecture

Details a description of the consolidated system architecture. Specifies, in particular, the interaction between the different components. The specification of the original modules by the partners constituting the background of the project will be adapted to the use cases of D2.2. The deliverable contains the finalised database schemas and the design of the interfaces among the modules.

Second release of WhereWeLive platform prototype

Contains additional functionalities such as the full interaction possibilities with POIs and interfaces adapted to the needs of a wide range of user types. It will include also the ontology for classifying information and Open Data import.

Final outcomes of validation trials

Presents an analysis of all evaluation data/information gathered over the entire project duration. Includes an evidence-based discussion of the processes around novel approaches to citizen involvement in e-government. Also, recommendations for further mainstreaming of WeGovNow solutions beyond the validation sites are presented.

WeGovNow Use Cases v.1

Use cases will be documented as systematic explorations of user requirements modelled in the form of “user stories”, based on the SCRUM methodology. This Deliverable details all use cases in a common format.

Project Web presence and external dissemination plan

Presents detailed communication plan for the project’s life cycle. Outlines project’s web presence, process for content provision through the WeGovNow presence on the web and in social networks. A fully developed website will be online within 30 days of the project start.

Ethics and Gender Management Framework

This report details the WeGovNow Gender and Ethics Management Framework. This includes a detailed description of gender and ethics related requirements to be met by the project according to requirements elicitation work conducted during the project's start-up phase (T 1.3) as well as related guidelines and templates to be applied for adequately responding to the identified requirements (e.g. consent forms). The framework will also include a description of management procedures and tools to be applied for compliance monitoring throughout the entire project duration. Besides other ethics and gender related requirements identified in WP1, this will also concern all requirements put forward in the Ethics Screening Report. Based on the comprehensive framework, continuous reporting vis-à-vis the Commission will be achieved in terms of a dedicated section on ethics and gender management to be included in the respective Periodic Technical Reports which must be submitted by the coordinator following the end of each reporting period.
