Code release will be generated following best practices in F/LOSS coding. Free/Libre Open Source Software for coding release means also git-based release of the whole codebase, possibly self-hosted by Nethood network. Licensing will be consistent with the goal of providing the widest re-use of existing F/LOSS tools, while maintaining the highest level of contrast to code lock-in and to code reappropriation by private market.
