Data access protocols

D1.5 Data access protocols – cohorts and other data providers can make their data securely accessible. This deliverable will describe the data access approaches and procedures within and outside the consortium.

Dissemination and engagement plan

This document will contain a guide on how to disseminate activities and outcomes in clear and accessible formats to reach the scientific, environmental health, urban and transport planning, clinical and public health community, and the general public.

Publication policy

This document will contain the publication policy for the whole project during the first year, agreed between all partners of the consortium. It will contain open access guidelines, authorship policy, and a pipeline to obtain the centralised funding for publications.

Data Management Plan

This report will contain: 1) handling of research data during and after the end of the project, 2) what data will be collected, processed or generated, 3) which methodology and standards will be applied, 4) whether data will be shared/made open access and, 5) how data will be curated and preserved (including after the end of the project).
