Legal requirements for the PIMCity platform and its components

It constitutes a mapping exercise of the legal requirements that are to form the foundation of the PIMCity platform, based on T7.2. It will be based on the GDPR and e-Privacy Directive/Regulation. Data protection and privacy elements that are likely to be challenging in light of the PIMCity project, will be identified. For example (i) Risks stemming from the large scale personal data processing for providing a privacy-preserving tool and trading personal data; (ii) The inevitable encounter with special categories of data; (iii) The presence of algorithms and automated- decision making; (iv) The transparency obligation in light of privacy policies and informed consent forms. This deliverable will be drafted simultaneously with D1.1 on the technical and user requirements specification. This way the project can build upon a comprehensive requirement definition from the outset, which should form the foundation for all further work carried out in light of the project.
