Next generation short-sea ship dual-fuel engine and propulsion retrofit technologies

Deliverables

Open access database with ADAF data

Selected data sets that relates to the proposed engine and propulsion innovations will be published online as a database that can be used by other research interest communities to support the open innovation concept. When the data sets are available with appropriate access capabilities can be used to measure its success.

Project Website, including dedicated Twitter, ResearchGate and LinkedIn profiles

A variety of communication activities is planned to reach different audiences via various channels and keep them apprised about the projects existence paving the way for exploitation of project results The envisaged communication activities include regular news updates on the projects website tailored social media communication Twitter LinkedIn ResearchGate to reach the general public and specialised audiences a short video summarizing the project and its goals to be published on the project website YouTube and other platforms and a statement on the projects progress to be issued every 6 months

4-minute video presenting the project and its goals

A short video summarizing the project and its goals to be published on the project website YouTube and other platforms

Presenting the project results at six conferences

Participation to six Intern.Conferences with presentation and paper publication in the corresponding proceedings by NTUA (indicative Conferences: OMAE,SMP,ISOPE,IMAM, MARTECH etc)

Three journal publications

Selected experimental data sets and related detailed analysis of the wing performance conducted in the towing tank will be submitted for publication in relevant scientific journals under this deliverable. The submission of articles and journal metrics can be used to measure the success.
