First update of LAMPAS communication kit

The communication kit about the project provided in Month 3 will be updated to include first interim results. An updated narrative text, photographs, slides possibly complemented by a video and any other suitable communication material, accompanied with copyright licences for the European Commission and for Photonics21, will be provided.

Initial LAMPAS communication kit

A communication kit about the project will be provided. This will include as a minimum a narrative text, photographs, slides possibly complemented by a video and any other suitable communication material, accompanied with copyright licences for the European Commission and for Photonics21. The narrative text will target a general audience and focus on the technical achievements as well as on the economical and societal benefits for the EU.

Second communication and dissemination annual report

This report will outline the communication and dissemination activities of the LAMPAS project in its second year, and will summarise progress and deliverables related to the project identity, online communication, internal communication and dissemination. Finally, the report will discuss the progress made in the first two years of the project and define upcoming priorities and tasks in the third year.

Press release announcing Pilot Line project

The Press release announcing the Pilot Line project will address the creation of promotional material, the development of a dissemination plan and the launch of the project. In particular, a press release announcing the LAMPAS project will be published, which will be translated at least in four different languages (English, Spanish, French and German) and distributed to different press agencies of the participating countries.

Stakeholder analysis and outreach plan

The stakeholder mappings strategy and outreach plan will provide a guideline and methods to map and engage with stakeholders and publics that are related to the LAMPAS project.

Project website and social media profile

The LAMPAS website will be created as well as different profiles on social media (LinkedIn and Twitter).
