This will contain the final analysis of a new model for PA/citizen collaboration enabled by disruptive technologies and includes service analysis and service design requirements definition to inform technological implementation (WP2) and pilot (WP3).

The legal team will define legal documents contracts terms and conditions privacy rules necessary for the implementation of CO3 platform

Disruptive technologies implementation report

Detailed description of the implementation specs of disruptive technologies. It specifies, in particular, the interaction between the different components. The specification of the original modules by the partners constituting the background of the project will be adapted to the pilots defined in WP3. The deliverable contains the finalised database schemas, the mobile app specifications and the design of the interfaces among the modules.

A guide to understand the most significant transformation in the traditional paradigm of public law and administrative law will be produced A glossary will help to identify keywords of this transformation Analysis of commoners organization statutes and informal rules legal advice for improving the models of management according to the introduction of technological tools assembly regulations voting systems etc

Plan for engagement of user / target groups

Contains a comprehensive stakeholder map and detailed engagement plan tailored to the different audiences, from different user groups to other stakeholders plus the general public at the EU, national and local level.

Results of pre and post evaluation design A sociological generative theory with how to apply economic game theory to commons to facilitate the construction of an operating model Programme of soft and life skill courses

First release of CO3 technological prototypes

A first release proving that the four main components interact together through the mobile app in ways meeting the requirements defined in WP1

The release will reflect the enhancements created during T33 Any joint work created during the CO3 project will be published under a permissive opensource license MITX11 or BSD 3clause

Ethics, Gender and Data Management Framework

Report detailing the CO3, Gender and Data Management Framework. This includes the preliminary Data Management Plan. The Plan will provide: − details on the nature and amount of personal data; − details on the potential sensitiveness of the personal data collected in relation to philosophical and/or political conviction; − details on the anonymisation/pseudonymisation procedures, storage, observation, minimisation of use of personal data; − a description of the technical and organisational measures that will be implemented to safeguard the rights and freedoms of the data subjects/research participants; − a description of how all of the data processed are relevant and limited to the purposes of the research project (in accordance with the ‘data minimisation ‘principle); − a data protection impact assessment conducted under art. 35 General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679; − detailed information on the informed consent procedures in regard to data processing. Templates of the informed consent forms and information sheets (in language and terms intelligible to the participants) will be kept on file. The information shall include all applicable items listed in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.

Final Data Management Plan

The final DMP represents the policies to be followed during the pilots and after the conclusion of the project

Collaboration infrastructure

This deliverable consists in the definition of a collaborative workspace, an issue tracking system and a teleconferencing system. Also includes basic guidelines and procedures for use of the tools within the project.
