Innovation test bed for development and production of nanomaterials for lightweight embedded electronics

Deliverables

LEE-BED partner end-user's specification report M3

A full report describing each user case and their specifications will be submitted by M6

Guidelines to certification and recommendations for the consortium

LEEBED will propose guidelines which will allow overcoming some barriers to the deployment of the testbed for a most profitable European industry and to the global leadership The exploitation plans for LEEBEDs services will support the deployment of guidelines for stakeholders from the whole value chain considering the lessons learnt from LEEBED consortium which covers the whole value chain

LCA analysis report for LEE-BED pilot lines

A full report will inform the developers of LEEBED materials and processes about the environmental implications of the provision of the products It will consider the entire process chain from resource provision through materials production products assembly decommissioning and recyclingdisposal To this end several life cycle assessments LCA studies will be conducted This will be building on activities and models from WP3 910 A short and simple description will be available on the singleentry point SEP

Yearly report of all LEE-BED events incl. their reach

During the project period the partners will organise a minimum of ten events such as online webinars workshops and seminars and one large conference The events are part of the projects promotional and awareness raising strategy and aim at attracting new companies to LEEBED At the events several experts from the LEEBED consortium will present LEEBEDs pilot lines and services and how the technology can benefit manufacturing companiesA report will be made and updated describing the events and their impact yearly in M12 M24 M36 and be delivered in M46

Venture Capital service protocol

External funding will be acquired to support customers that cannot afford to fully meet the costs of using ecosystem services and for product commercialisation The LEEBED venture capital services team will offer financial advice optimisation of the business plan development of the financial model of business valuation contracts blind teaser information memorandum list of potential investors contact and negotiation with them intermediation and analysis of the offers received and advice to choose the option that most benefits the client A full report describing the efforts and process of securing support for LEEBED customers will be submitted in M42

10 phase I evaluations performed

Post selection process 10 cases will be chosen and phase I assessments will be runA short description of each cases will be published on the LEEBED SEP website

LEE-BED SEP stage 3 website is launched

Stage 3 of the SEP website will be launched which will be used during the LEEBED launch

LEE-BED concept & partner video is releases

For marketing of LEEBED a concept and partner video will be filmed and published by M6 The main focus will be to show potential LEEBED customers the services and pilot lines that will be available to them

LEE-BED SEP stage 2 website is launched

Stage 2 and 3 of the LEEBED SEP website will implement higher functionalities such as LEEBED community signup chat function and case tracking features

LEE-BED SEP stage 1 website is launched

Stage 1 of the LEEBED SEP website will be published shortly after project start and will contain the traditional EU project details about the project members cases etc

Launch LEE-BED on LinkedIn page and YouTube channel

DTI will make a both a LinkedIn profile and YouTube channel dedicated to LEEBED These social media platforms will be the basis for dissemination to the public where all videos press announcements etc will be posted supplementing the LEEBED website

LEE-BED info & cases videos are released

As part of the content strategy for LEEBED we will develop and integrate infographics videos and photos in our dissemination activities The infographics also give LEE BEDs communication activities a modern touch Video is also an excellent tool for making something complex simpler For example interviews behind the scenes videos and show the benefits of the RTOs stateoftheart equipment in moving pictures Pictures will naturally be an integrated part of every article social media post etc LEEBED concept video for SEP website will be finished in month 24

LEE-BED open access event

In M30 LEEBED will hold an open access event to launch the LEEBED entity and open access status

LEE-BED articles published in 3 or more European newspapers/journals/websites

In order to spread the LEEBED to the public LEEBED partners lead by DTI will push to publish short articles in European newpapers journals andor websites about LEEBED The goal is to publish at least three articles by M3

Open call will be publisehd

In corresponance to the launch of LEEBED an open call will be published inviting stakeholders to submit cases through the SEP
