Online Communication Campaign Design & ContentsThe communication messages drafted and the visual material ready for use. It will include also a description of the Communication Strategy, and a dissemination toolbox for coherent project communications.
Inputs and service concepts emerged during workshops will be synchronized and worked out to provide a concrete input for mobile-based services design and implementation. Mock-ups, wireframes and use cases will be elaborated to guide the development of services and to feed the process of platform and mobile services design.
Trust and Safety Framework ReportTrust and Safety Framework Report eliciting specific challenges related to trust and safety in peer-to-peer exchange, in particular when children are involved
The Families_Share framework, and local and international user needs and requirementsComprehensive document that provides: (1) principles and framework for collective and inclusive innovation in family/ work balance and after-school activities (UNIVE) (2) a mapping of existing initiatives on time sharing and socializing tasks at the international and local level, as well as a set of best practices to be exploited for the pilots implementation (UNIVE) (3) concrete information for the co-design phase for each of the pilot sites while providing a general picture of the Families_Share requirements (FBK)
Report of awareness Campaign and eventsReport on Sustainability models and Exploitation plan, and on Policies recommendations
Report on Sustainability models and exploitation plan based on discussions at pilot locations and beyond. It will include 3 case studies for adoption outside the pilot locations. The report will contains also policy recommendations based on consultations with users, experts and Advisory Board
Behavioural mapping and engagement toolkit for Families_ShareA toolkit of actions and tasks that can be easily adapted to the different contexts while assuring the possibility of eventually comparing the different experiences.
IA methodologyThe IA methodology will describe the socio-economic impact assessment methodology and will contain the first set of indicators validated by the users in M12 through the participatory workshop.
Evaluation report of pilot 2The deliverable reports also adjustments and optimizations of the Families_ Share Platform. It includes suggestions raised during the second transnational international codesign workshop foreseen on M18 which will be shared in a draft form on M19. FBK will contribute to this specific section.
Families_Share documentationThis deliverable will provide the final documentation for developers and users in order to easily use and replicate the platform and localise the functionalities and services.
Perceived behavioural enablers and barriers for uptaking the Families_Share solutionThis document will make a final list of the experienced barriers and enablers for uptaking the Families_Share solution from social perspective, with lessons learned about how to overcome or enhance them.
Interim Evaluation report of pilot 1This is a preliminary report based on the users' feedback and experience collected so far in the first pilot, to allow adjustment and optimization of the Families_ Share Platform.
Methodology of pilot testing and evaluation, and Guidelines for Community ManagersThis report will define the time frame, methods of participatory activities, data gathering and documentations of pilot testing (FBK). It will contains also Guidelines for Community Managers to ensure the alignment of community managers both based on a series of transnational webinars having also mutual –peer learning goals, held in cooperation with experts from the High Level Advisory Board (URBANISTA)
Report on the assessment of the platformReport on the assessment of the platform will present the results achieved in terms of socio-economic impact and effective benefits produced for the users of the platform. The report will include also sustainability strategies for the maintenance and future deployment of the platform.
Final ReportThe Final Report will report on the experiences and main achievements of the project and financial report (UNIVE). It will also contain improvements related to the Trust and Safety Framework Report, eliciting specific challenges related to trust and safety in peer-to-peer exchange, in particular when children are involved (FBK).
RRI evaluation reportRRI evaluation report will provide an overall summative evaluation of the Families_Share CityLabs and their results together with the participatory needs analysis, the co-design process and the piloting phases and results and the Families_Share platform itself in relation to the RRI indicators applied to digital and social innovation.
