To provide specifications of the necessary technical infrastructure for successfully and effectively executing competitions, both in the testbeds used for local tournaments and specifically in the new smart city context. This deliverable precedes the first smart city competition

Extend and develop the ERL web pages to describe the Smart City Competition and set up associated social media accounts and channels (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube) to support project dissemination.
