The major objective of the feasibility study to be implemented in Phase 1 of the SME Instrument was to verify the technological/practical as well as economic viability of our solution and also to roadmap the commercialisation together with a solid business plan. The specific objectives were:
• to identify and connect with strategic partners that will adopt the solution in testing and will validate it, boosting market uptake (broadcasters, television, sports, conferencing, parliament)
• to develop a marketing and communications strategy;
• to develop the comprehensive version of the business plan based on the data gathered during the feasibility phase, taking into account the technology penetration estimates, the profit gains from the use of the technology and the price point at which the solution would be viable.

All proposed objectives were fulfilled and even exceeded the expectations. We conducted discussions with strategic partners and discovered new gaps that we can fill in with additional innovative features that we plan to add on our product development roadmap.
We approached media industry leaders from different regions in order to make them strategic partners in testing our new product. We exceeded the number of strategic partners we set as objective and during the discussions we discovered new need that we can cover by further developing our solution. We manage to sign partnerships with companies from different continents, US, EU, Africa. Big accomplishment was signing with the largest international broadcaster for testing our solution when it will be ready.

We conducted a market research to identify the dimension of the market. Identified and discussed with specific technology publisher and industry's fairs to help promote our solution and raising the brand awareness. Conducted research about protecting our intellectual property.
Exceeding our initial expectations and objectives we foresee
During the conducted discussions with our strategic partners we found out that the audience is interested and respond to new ways of interactions with the content they are consuming on their 2nd screen devices which are the smart phones and tablets. Adding a gamification component to the existing real-time engagement features would make the audience to desire to interact with each other and create brand awareness for the company using Telly's solution.
