Stakeholders' assessments of innovative agroecosystem management practices

Evaluations of crop performance and feasibility to implement novel agroecosystem management practices based on pilot and field trials as well as discussions and feedback during several stakeholder meetings at the local and European level Task 33 TRL 5

Genetic variation for yield performance and whole plant phenotype in bread and durum wheat germplasm

D2.1 will report on the results of the analysis of field and platform experiments for the durum and bread wheat panels. It will mainly concern the amplitude of variation for (and correlations between) yield, phenotype and environment data. (NB The multi-location analysis of these datasets is part of WP1 and the genetic analysis is part of WP4) – Tasks 2.1 and 2.2 (TRL 3)

Set of practice abstracts in the EIPAGRI common format published at the SolACE and EIPAGRI websites Task 63

Experience and outputs of the evolutionary participatory breeding strategy

A report will be elaborated on the experience acquired and the most significant outputs of the evolutionary participatory breeding strategy for adaptation to combined water and N limitationTask 43 TRL 4

Physiological hypotheses on the mechanisms of tolerance of potato and wheat to combined limitations of water and nutrients

D22 will highlight the main results of the field semicontrolled and platform experiments performed in Tasks 23 and 24 and point to novel hypotheses on mechanisms of tolerance to combined limitations A section of D23 will be devoted to the validation of hypotheses using novel potato and wheat hybrids Tasks 23 and 24 TRL 3

Data Management Plan

A Data Management Plan strategy will be developed the data collected using the standards mentioned above will be stored and shared following the H2020 requirements Task 12

Report compiling the outcomes of 5 farmers participatory workshops local kickoff and four followon annual events in the seven farmers networks The report will focus on farmers attitudes perceptions and anecdotal evidence about the different potential innovations Task 51

Handbook of protocols and methodology

A living handbook describing the standards to use for the data collection. This document will be generated at the beginning of the project and will be constantly updated throughout the project - Task 1.1

Microbiome genetic and functional diversity
