Final CITADEL ecosystem architecture

This deliverable provides the final overall architecture of the CITADEL Ecosystem, taking as basis scenarios and requirements for services and tools.

Evaluation and impact of the initial use case implementation

This document encompasses four parts: an evaluation framework template and three sections with the filled-out evaluation templates for each of the four initial use cases implementations.

Final CITADEL Methodology for co-creating a public service

This document will collect the final CITADEL methodology to facilitate the co-creation of citizen-centric public services involving all the CITADEL Stakeholders.

Final scientific study of co-creation and citizens´ participation

This document will collect and analyse the final set of data on how citizens’ participation using and co-creating public services has been enhanced as the CITADEL project evolves.

Evaluation and impact of the final use case implementation

This report will also contain the relevant activities executed to foster a close collaboration with projects related to CITADEL, as well as future networking plans. This document will also provide details about the annual activities with the Advisory group and outcomes of T6.4.

Initial requirements for co-creation

This document will collect the initial set of requirements for the co-creation tool developed in WP4.

Final version of IPR Registry

The final version of the IPR registry will include updated licenses of the final environment.

Intermediate Market, Innovation and Applicability Analysis and Business model and business plan

This document will report the surveys and analysis about solutions, trends, and initiatives in the fields relevant for CITADEL. This report will update the deliverable D6.1 and the deliverable D6.6

Second Dissemination, communication and networking report

This deliverable will explain the dissemination and communication activities followed during the second year of the project as well as the results from these activities and will update project’s dissemination and communication plan respectively. Legal “vademecum” for PAs

The objective of this document is to make it as practice-oriented as possible, in the form of decision trees, FAQs, model clauses, example scenarios for helping on legal issues to those PAs that are willing to transform their processes.

Requirements and parameters for selection of relevant information

This document will collect the PAs requirements for the Information monitoring services and the assessment services to be developed in WP4.

Final Recommendations for transforming the public sector processes and services

This document will present the final version of the recommendations and best practices to help the policy makers to adjust the public processes in order to facilitate the cooperation between all CITADEL Stakeholders.

Initial IPR Registry

The IPR registry will be released in a first version at M12 and updated every year to include updated licenses of the final environment.

Definition of the use case scenarios

This document details the improved set of requirements of the four finalized scenarios for the use cases once the work in the use cases will have begun. This document encompasses four parts: a use case operations template that provides a one-stop manual for deploying a strong and effective use case in each location, as well as three sections with the filled-out use case operations template for each of the four use cases.

Initial CITADEL Methodology for co-creating a public service

This document will present the initial version of the methodology to facilitate the co-creation of citizen-centric public services involving all the CITADEL Stakeholders.

Functional and technical requirements elicitation

This document will include the complete set of functional and technical requirements that CITADEL solution should have. For the elicitation of these requirements several methods will be used: questionnaires to the use case providers and technical work-packages, benchmarking with existing tools and techniques, etc. Different versions of the requirements will be provided following an incremental approach.

This document will report the surveys and analysis about solutions, trends, and initiatives in the fields relevant for CITADEL. This report will be an update of future trends and competence analysis and the business model and plans presented in D6.2

Communication Plan, Networking Plan and Dissemination Strategy

This deliverable has a threefold goal. Firstly, it will define the way in which the different communities (scientific, commercial, general public) will be targeted, as well as the social media will be used. Secondly, it will detail the specific plan for networking activities with external entities, including the specific working group this project will participate. Finally, it will describe the project dissemination strategy to be adopted throughout the project lifetime. The release of the respective report is considered one of the key milestones of the project.

Initial recommendations for transforming the public sector processes and services

This document will present the initial version of the recommendations and best practices to help the policy makers to adjust the public processes in order to facilitate the cooperation between all CITADEL Stakeholders.

This toolkit will be the final version of the service that contains engines for privacy policy computation and data anonymization, privacy watchdog, access rights enforcement and anonymized big data analytics.

Final CITADEL Ecosystem prototype

This deliverable will include the final version of CITADEL services (KR2, KR4, KR5, KR6, KR7), their integration in the CITADEL ecosystem (KR8), and the deployment of the ecosystem following the requirements and architecture define in T4.1. This deliverable is the outcome from the tasks T4.2 and T4.4.

CITADEL DevOps Infrastructure

This deliverable will be composed by the set of tools and services to support all continuous integration and deployment phases.

Initial CITADEL Ecosystem prototype

This deliverable will include the development of the first version of some of services (KR2, KR4, KR5, KR6, KR7), their integration in the CITADEL ecosystem (KR8), and the deployment of the ecosystem following the requirements and architecture define in T4.1. This deliverable is the outcome from the tasks T4.2 and T4.4.

Initial CITADEL Security toolkit

This toolkit will include the first development of the service that contains engines for privacy policy computation and data anonymization, privacy watchdog, access rights enforcement and anonymized big data analytics.

CITADEL brochure and public website

The initial version of the brochure and project website will include at least project objectives and contact details. CITADEL website will be set-up by the Project Leader Tecnalia and continuously enhanced by all partners to include public downloadable results and links to related news and initiatives.

Data management plan

Plan detailing what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and re-use, and how it will be curated and preserved. This report will be produced in T1.1.
