This deliverable will report on the functional specification of the WEB-GIS interfaces defined in T7.5.

Operational software extractors from all major SN (explicit crowd sensing)

"By month 24, interfaces and applications enabling crowsourcing over major Social Networks (SNs) will be available in STORM. This will enable the provision of APIs available to operators, enabling queries to the supported social networks for searching for (crowdsensing) posts associated with user definable hashtags and with emphasis on cultural preservation (e.g. helpTermeDiocleziane, or #saveTroia). Parallel querying on several SN will be useful to get massive extractions for further processing, but more precise querying, on a single SN) will be readied to leverage all the filtering capabilities supported by a specific SN (for example explicit geolocation information provided by the user, or user generated multimedia content associated with the post etc)"

Report on Dissemination activities v1

This deliverable will be a report on dissemination events planned during the project and the results obtained during the first 18 months.

STORM Event Stream Real Time Analysis for Situation Awareness

This deliverable, reporting on the results of T6.2 and T6.3, will describe the STORM services design for situation awareness as well as the CEP technology applications.

Report about capabilities of the implicit crowd sensing: screening

This deliverable will report on the results of the activities on Implicit crowdsensing, which in the STORM context has the meaning of post-processing of social produced posts in order to gain insights that the user does not provide explicitly. This area of investigation is wide and covers several topics. Among such topics, analytics targeted at assessing the reliability of explicitly given posts are of high importance in STORM.

STORM Surveying and Diagnosis services

Report on the results of the innovative methods and process for supporting diagnosis based on the study of the material properties, as result from work performed in T6.5.

Collaboration and knowledge-sharing infrastructure definition

This deliverable will report on the functional and technical requirements of the collaboration and knowledge sharing infrastructure of STORM system defined in T7.1.

System Architecture

This deliverable will contain the description of be STORM system architecture, including the presentation of the communication between the modules of the integrated system. Each module will be specified in detail, while the integrated view of the infrastructure will be designed and specified to guide the implementation and integration phases. Use of a cloud infrastructure and selection, extension and deployment of an open cloud implementation solution will be described here, as well as ways to ensure future expansion incorporating cloud federation schemes. The use of protocols and data representation standards will be reported, and wherever issues of extension or limitations are identified, these will be highlighted so that they are addressed in WPs 4, 5 and 6.

Safeguard of Cultural Heritage recommendations in government policies

This deliverable will provide (in two versions: the first one internally to the consortium and the second one at M32 as an official deliverable publicly available), a set of government policies intended to be proposed for adoption by authorities towards improved effectiveness in government against natural disasters. Proposals will be contextualised according to specific countries (at least those participating the project), and socio/cultural requirements. The final objective will be to propose clear government strategies to face climate changes effects on Cultural Heritage in particular when facing natural disasters.

Training plan

This will be a report document describing the methodology to be used to train different actors involved in the complex project value chain.

Innovation Strategy plan

This deliverable will present the innovation strategy adopted by the STORM solutions.

Definition of crowdsourcing services and apps for crisis management

This deliverable will contain the functional requirements of the services and mobile apps for the crisis management.

Final Report on Dissemination activities

This report will present all the dissemination activity and results achieved during the project lifetime..

STORM Risk Management methodology

This deliverable will report the results of T5.1 based on detailed analysis of existing risks within the case sites and the assessment of applicability of suitable methods.

Stakeholders Group Report v1

This will be a first report describing the different actions made within the STORM project by different kind of stakeholders at the mid life-cycle of the project.

STORM use cases and scenarios

This deliverable will contain the description of use cases and scenarios to be used in STORM as a basis for assessment and validation of results and proposed methods/processes. The profile of each site, the needs and expected benefits, as these are reported since the proposal phase will be taken under consideration.

Cost effective conservation and restoration methods

Following the approach of D1.2, this deliverable will also have two releases: the first at M12 and the second at M36, after feedback from the experimentation is available) In this deliverable, existing restoration and conservation methodologies will be reported, together with an analysis of cost-effectiveness. Long term expected results for each described method will be presented and, where possible, compared simulating the STORM experimental sites situation.

Sensor data collection and representation framework

This deliverable is a report on the outcome of tasks T4.4 and T4.5, and will complement the system architecture definition of D2.3, by focusing on the data communication protocols and representation schemes. For this consist of three sections: One elaborating on the details of the message passing scheme used by the STORM system sensors, one reporting on the use of protocols for sensor communication, and one on the unified (human/machine generated) data representation scheme.

STORM Monitoring Services for Damages and Threats Detection

This deliverable will be the result of T6.4, reporting on methods, models and services for critical information representation.

Exploitation and Business plan

This will be a report document report describing the different exploitation models that are contemplated for the STORM components and the exploitation activities to be carried out by STORM Consortium members. (Delivery: D11.3.2 at M18; updates to D11.3.3 at M36)

STORM Assessment and Validation Mid-term Report

This deliverable will describe the results of the assessment and validation activity performed for each instantiations of the experimentation sites. Results will be evaluated against defined KPIs so to be able to apply a Truth Table solver and verify all the possible solutions (ex. Quine-McCluskey algorithm for boolean minimization), so to facilitate possible exploitation of results and re-use. It also includes the best practices and lessons learnt collected during the experimentations from the STORM project.

Current practice for management and conservation of Cultural Heritage

This deliverable will lists and report on the analysis of current regulations and practices for government, management and conservation of Cultural Heritage in order to improve existing models and if needed, develop new ones to be used as a basis for all STORM activities. This deliverable will comprise a report on criteria and directives used for planning management and conservation actions.

Project viability analysis

This will be a document providing a clear viability analysis through investigation performed in each trial site. The deliverable will provide also conclusions addressing requirements for possible viable enlargement and re-use of STORM outcomes.

Experiment Journal

This deliverable will report the activities done during the two phases of the experimentation and on the related harmonized view at project level. It will delivered in two version one at M24 and a final one at M36.

STORM Models for the Contents Management

This deliverable will identify STORM models for representing events and situations in the STORM context, as a result from the work of T6.1.

Dissemination plan

This will be a specification document describing activities that will be carried out in the project around dissemination.

Risk Management guidelines

This deliverable is based on the results of T5.1 and T5.2 adequate risk management strategies will be derived and implemented into guidelines, reported here.

Resilient communication services description

Definition of the resilient services will be reported in this deliverable.

Quick damage assessment methods

This deliverable will also have two releases (as D1.2 and D1.3) with the first at M12 and the second at the end of experimentation in M36. It will report on existing classifications with respect to disasters recovery for cultural sites, and giving evidence to common points in classification criteria. A clear report of existing practices applied to restoration aiming at quick damage assessment is going to be provided in a matrix comparing methods and existing constraints that could affect their applicability.

STORM integration planning

This deliverable will define the STORM integration strategy and planning that will be used to have a phased approach in the integration process

Training implementation report

This will be a report document describing the different modules created to give the multitude of STORM project’s actors appropriate learning.

Final Stakeholders Group Report

This deliverable will report all the different actions made within the STORM project by different kind of stakeholders.

Sustainability model

This will be a report document report describing the expected sustainability model based on the various type of stakeholders involved in the project. (Delivery: D11.3.1 at M12)

State of the art policies on government of Cultural Heritage against natural disasters and climate changes

This deliverable is intended to be the starting point for the proposal of new government policies. Deep and wide investigation of existing government policies will be provided, starting from running ones in countries involved in the project. Further investigation will be provided both at European and International level. This deliverable will include also the outcomes of interviews and early discussions with decision makers.

Non-invasive and non-destructive methods of surveying and diagnosis

This deliverable will have two releases: the first at M12 based on early feedback during the implementation phase and the second at M36 using feedback from experimentation): It will report the results of the evaluation of non-invasive and non-destructive methods for survey and diagnosis, accompanied by a description of each of the studied methods availability through the different steps of crisis management in terms of parameters to be collected. In this context, low cost remote-sensing and open source solutions will be considered and investigated.

STORM Damage Assessment and Decision Support Services

This deliverable report the result of T 6.6. It describe techniques and methods to assess damages severity.

STORM Experimental Scenarios Definition and planning

In this deliverable, a detailed definition of each experimental site will be provided together with a harmonized view of the overall strategy in view of verify STORM objectives during simulations or real occurrences. We expect this document to report also negotiation and engagement done at stakeholder level when defining experiments in each site. Furthermore in will include a report of set-up procedures acted to let the experiment start both in terms of processes/procedures and technologies going to be used and evaluated. Also simulations plan and involved stakeholders will be identified.

Report on the results of application of the ground-based sensors

This deliverable will report the results of T4.1 based on the ground-based sensor to the assessment of Cultural Heritage materials and T4.2 on the use of non-contact ground and close-range sensing (UAVs/ InSAR, LiDAR, RPAS).

Definition of knowledge-sharing tools

In this deliverable the description of the tools for supporting the knowledge sharing and the disaster management processes will be included, as this will be identified in T7.1.

STORM Report on Information Fusion Techniques

This deliverable will describe information techniques for getting information from sensors including the Social Media event extractor, and will be the result of T6.3.

System and User Requirements

This deliverable will report on the results of the requirements capturing process of task 3.2 and will contain two parts: one dedicated to the system requirements, and one to the user requirements. Issues related to security, scalability, robustness, open architecture and compliance to standards will be addressed in the first part, while issues related to usability, effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction will be addressed in the second.

Cloud based infrastructure definition

This deliverable will identify the software requirements of cloud based infrastructure.

Data analytics specification

This deliverable will report on data analytics to be used by the decision makers to support effective and efficient response to the critical events.
