Report on system architecture definition

All the specifications regarding the hardware needed for the software platform will be included in this report. Furthermore, the communication protocols between the different elements of the system as well as the way of access and aspects related to the security will also be fully detailed in this document. It will also include external sources providing digital cultural assets.

Test setup – 3rd version

Taking advantage of the experiences during the pilot exercises, this report will outline different strategies, initiatives or experiences that will favour the creation of an innovative ecosystem in cultural heritage with the developed tools. Final, revised setup after incorporating improvements based on feedback.

Report on the results of demonstration activities

This report will list the events held with the participation of stakeholders and end-users. Multimedia resources will be attached to the original document as well as the materials employed for the training courses. Feedback from the participants will be also included and evaluated by the partners involved.

Test setup – 1st version

In this first report, the progress of WP5 will be commented, paying special attention to the initiatives that the consortium has decided to implement after the first pilot exercise. Besides, it will include an initial test setup consisting of: (i) preliminary reliefs designed and produced with the software of task T5.1 (6 reliefs, one per museum), (ii) preliminary relief printer mediums (7 mediums, one per museum, one in the lab), (iii) preliminary setup of the tactile audio guide (7 setups, one per museum, one in the lab) and (iv) authored interactive content for the tactile audio guide (for the 6 reliefs).

Communication plan, activities and publications – 3rd version
