Leistungen

Consultation report

This consultation report that is prepared in Task 1.2 will update on the CRA desk review (D1.2) by consultation of CoP members and practitioners.

Desk review existing CRA frameworks

This desk review will document on existing CRA framework and underlying principles in the scientific literature and documentation of regional and national CRA policy and practitioners groups and froms one of the main outcomes of Task 1.2.

Report on integrated risk assessment tools of relevance to the CRA Toolbox

Final report on risk assessment methods tested for pilots with specifications for application in the toolbox resulting from Task 2.4.

Data Management Plan

The DMP will be a living document aiming to make data Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable according to the “FAIR” principle. This will be supported with implementation according to the relevant OGC/ISO standards. In addition, the DMP will provide information on the measures to be taken to guarantee the protection, privacy and security of (sensitive) data during the entire lifecycle of the project. The DMP will be prepared in Task 8.2.

Terms of Reference external Advisory Board

As part of Task 9.1 the members of the External Advisory Board have been appointed. The Terms of Reference have been written that lay out the tasks of the Advisroy Board.

Report on the first kick-off meeting incl minutes

Report summarizing the kick-off meeting and overview of the most relevant decisions and plans made during that kick-off meeting.

5 CRA Pilot reports: Lessons learnt and success stories

By month 18 the first version of the toolbox and components and datasets thereof have been applied in the CRA Pilots. This report summarises the findings and results from these CRA Pilots exectued in Task 3.2 to 3.6.

Detailed project management plan

At the start of the project the project management will be established as part of Task 9.1. The project management plan will address the responsibilities of the project co-ordinator and work package leaders. It will lay-out the role of the Advisory Board and it will assign partner responsibilities focussing on tasks and deliverables. Specific attention will be given to the organization of the FSTP program and related cash flows and possible improvements of the processes proposed. An updated risk manamgent table will be included. Where needed the Project Management Plan will be updated at the start of each reporting period.

Open Call Announcement and Guide of Applicants

The first open call is launched. The requried documents including the guide for applicants have been compiled and an online application tool is available.

Report on Hazard tools of relevance to the CRA Toolbox

This report provides an overview of existing and tested Hazard tools with specifications for the Toolbox. The collection of Hazard Tools is based upon a thourough review that is conducted as part of Task 2.1.

Report on the specifications for toolbox methods

Within Task 2.1 we assess current risk assessment methods in pilot regions (WP3) and define specifications for generic risk assessment tools. Based on this assessment D2.1 provides specifications for generic risk assessment tools - to be used as input for the toolbox design.

Report on pan European vulnerability and exposure projections

Data-driven documentation of how, why and when exposure and vulnerability has changed and will change in European regions in the recent past and upcoming decades resulting from task 2.3.

Dissemination & Communication Plan

This plan summarizes the dissemination and communication activities planned in the project to promote the project outcomes and the use of the CRA Framework and toolbox (Task 8.1).

Helpdesk back-office for FSTP procedures

The helpdesk back-office to support administrative, financial and legal potential difficulties in the >50 implementations working has been established in Task 5.2.
