Assessment report: a public report includes:o a Generic summary of the cimpliance report and findingo Final decision on the SOTIF: Acceptance or rejection or Conditional acceptance

Description of the selected overall use cases their ecosystems of stakeholders the targeted system of systems The identified system of systems is decomposed into its components and their relationships

Final market opportunities, barriers and solutions

The final version of comprehensive business focused analysis of market opportunities barriers and solutions. It will further develop and update the estimation of the potential market of AWARD solutions, through identification and analysis of current and expected target markets. Additionally, all potential barriers, such as technical, business, organisational, social, etc., will be investigated in order to find suitable solutions. Due in Month 34.

User and Stakeholder Requierements

One report which contains the specified requirements for each user and stakeholder group and each system type as defined in T21 for each use case in the different demonstration sites as defined in T23 Furthermore the report contains preliminary userdriven approaches towards alternative solutions to address the requirements

Market opportunities, barriers and solutions

D81 represents an initial version of market opportunities analyses related to connected and automated heavyduty vehicles in real logistics operations barriers that may be ecountered as well as suitable solutions to successfully overcome them

Roadmap towards connected and automated heavy-duty vehicles for logistics operations

The roadmap will recommend a viable timeline for an effective and timely implementation of the AWARD solutions, matching the consortium commitment to their widest diffusion with the previously identified stakeholder’s interests.

Final dissemination report

Reports the results of all project Communicationa and dissemination activities, both at scientific and general project level. The deliverable will also report on education and trainings activities, as well as main dissemination events. Due at the end of the project (Month 36)

Defines preliminary test and evaluation plans The plans cover research questions test scenarios and evaluation methods

A practical guide describing the operational management procedures and tools

Final test and evaluation plan

Presents final test and evaluation plans that have been agreed with test site leaders. An update of D7.1.

Plans for dissemination of the results

D92 will include the dissemination plan to be followed throughout the project including methodology and schedule for dissemination during the project to successfully disseminate knowledge and results arising from AWARD project Due in Month 3 of the project

Impact assessment and user survey results

Impact assessment report providing cross-sector and cross-pilot evaluation, as well as report of data collected and analysis of results achieved by pilots. Scaling up considers similar operations but with a larger automated vehicle fleet. Social and industrial projections of this impact assessment will also be included, limited to available EU and national statistics.

Innovation monitoring and assessment methodology

This document will define the methodology used to monitor the Innovation related aspects of the project as well as to prepare the D103 and D104 This methodology will be based on dedicated work sessions and questionnaires involving Advisory Board and Stakeholders Group members

Public safety Documents including Safety plan, Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment, Functional and technical safety concepts

Public architecture design report

Technical ADS architecture at a macro level including sensors electrical architecture functionalities interfaces allowing to comply with targeted performances harsh weather conditions safety and security level maintenance and level of services Two reports will be realized one public and one striclty confidential between partners developing the ADS solution

Recommendations - regulatory and governance frameworks

- Linking the safety and cybersecurity activites to the regulatory framework- Linking the safety and cybersecurity activities to the homologation directives and guidline

Project website and social network account

Within D91 a dedicated project website will be built in month 3 of the project where all communication outputs will be made available throughout the project duration eg newsletters posters scientific papers and public deliverables The project website will be maintained 3 years after the project ends Additionally social networks accounts such as LinkedIn and Twitter will be created in order to maximize the visibility of the published results

Public Architectural model for fleet management and control services

A model that reflects existing fleet management and logistics operations providing some insights into processes relating to operation of teleoperationenabled connected and automated heavy commercial vehicles with other parts in the logistics chain as well as road infrastructure and vehicle capabilities Two reports will be realised one public and one striclty confidential between partners

Data Management Plan

Report describing the data management life cycle for the data to be collectedprocessed andor generated by AWARD project to comply with open access to scientific publications policy in H2020 projectThe data management plan DMP will include the definition of the research data will be sharedmade open access taking into account IPR commercial and security issues the defintion of the repository to handle the research data during and after the end of the project the methodology and standards which will be used to curate and preserve including after the end of the project the data will be collected processed andor generatedIf needed the DMP will be updated before final review of the project
