While there are many definitions, the term e-health often refers to the delivery of health services via the internet through videoconferencing, chat, or other web applications. The term can encompass a range of services or systems that combine healthcare and information and communication technology, such as electronic health records, telemedicine, consumer health informatics, health knowledge management, virtual healthcare teams and more.
