Deliverables

EU-Japan.AI Resources & Materials Collection 2

The initial baseline report compiled by the consortium will be sent to the Expert Advisory Board for feedback but also published and the project stakeholders will be asked to provide feedback. The final version will be submitted as the updated report at a later stage.

Web platform development status report (Iteration 1)

These deliverables will include all the interactive and information modules on the EU-Japan.AI platform. They are presented as online modules and the deliverables are progress reports.

EU-Japan.AI Resources & Materials Collection 1

This report will summarise all the data collection and analysis related to existing projects, ethical, social and legal issues, pan-European and Japanese initiatives, similar programmes, challenges, requirements, policies, subsidies and other aspects in the form of a baseline report.

European and Japanese AI & Manufacturing ecosystem map and collection

This report will present the outcomes of the literature review and the desk research, presenting a first review of the gaps and needs of the field.

Registration forms

These deliverables comprise a verification method and approach to semi-automatically verify organisations that register at the platform. The first deliverable includes all the process description and the second one updates the number of users registered and the changes to the system based on the gathered feedback.

Dissemination package 2

These reports will show how the variety of communication channels and means was used to disseminate information about the project this contains for example delivered leaflets newsletters and additional materials for the general public and interested stakeholders social media activities etc

Project website, social media channels and communication activities

The project website will contain detailed information on the aims objectives consortium work processes and the current state of the project The project website will be developed and maintained in the initial phase and later it will be transferred to the Awareness module on the online platform The social media channels will provide communication and will provide updates throughout the programme duration

EU-Japan.AI Advertising & Promotion Kit

This deliverable will summarize the promotion campaigns distributed over external outlets such as social media ads slide kits tutorials on YouTube and digital banners on relevant thirdparty websites

EU-Japan.AI Stakeholder Cooperation & Twinning Activities Report 2

This deliverable includes stakeholder activities and feedback from twinning activities in order to ensure the relevance of the project results The outcomes will then be updated based on this validation of different groups

EU-Japan.AI Stakeholder Cooperation & Twinning Activities Report

This deliverable is the basis for project requirements as it includes the results from a stakeholder survey synergies and collaboration plan with similar initiatives and first results from cooperation with different target groups and twining activities where special attention is given to the outreach to Japanese stakeholders outside the consortium
