Evaluation Criteria

This deliverable will provide the evaluation criteria for the applications and the open-source libraries when executed on the OPTIMA framework (T2.3).

Final Evaluation Results

As a result of T6.2, this deliverable will contain the final evaluation results when the final version of the applications are executed on the optimized OPTIMA framework.

1st Evaluation results

As a result of T6.1, this deliverable will contain the 1st evaluation results when the first version of the applications are executed on the original OPTIMA framework.

Initial Networking Activities Report

This series of deliverables will explain the communication dissemination collaboration and possible standardization activities followed during the reporting periods in T73 and T74 as well as the updates to the plans respectively

2nd Updated Application Specifications

As a result of T2.1, this deliverable will describe the updated specifications of the applications and the open-source libraries of OPTIMA based on the results of the 1st evaluation.

Guidelines for efficient programming heterogeneous HPC systems

As a result of T6.2, this deliverable will contain guidelines for efficiently programming HPC systems that utilize custom-made accelerators that are executed on reconfigurable devices.

Initial Networking Activities Plan

This deliverable will provide a description of the different plans for dissemination collaboration communication and possible standardization in line with T73 and T74

Application and System pairing

This deliverable will report the final matching between the applications and the OPTIMA programming environments and HPC systems T22

Application Updated Specifications

As a result of T21 this deliverable will describe the updated specifications of the applications and the opensource libraries of OPTIMA

Final Networking Activities Report

This series of deliverables will explain the communication, dissemination, collaboration and possible standardization activities followed during the reporting periods (in T7.3 and T7.4) as well as the updates to the plans respectively.

Website and Social Media Accounts

This deliverable will represent the release of the project website and the initially populated social media accounts.

Final Version of MESHFREE

As a result of T5.3, this deliverable contains the final version of the MESHFREE application optimized for an FPGA-based HPC system.

As a result of T3.2, this deliverable contains the 1st version of the FEM software developed for FPGA-based HPC systems.

Final Version of Robotics Simulation

As a result of T5.1, this deliverable contains the final version of the Robotics Simulation application. The source code will be publicly released on github.com under an Apache 2.0 open source license, so that it can be easily reviewed, reused and further developed by others.
