Project Management Plan (communication, dissemination, exploitation and data management)

The Project Management Plan PMP of the ALARM project is intended to guide the implementation and control of the project The PMP contains a complete description of the organization and management of the project In particular it describes the roles and responsibilities administrative and coordination activities risk and issue management The PMP also describes the communication dissemination and exploitation plans the communication elements and dissemination activities are described in detail and the process for publishing andor protecting the project results is defined The PMP is primarily intended for the SESAR Joint Undertaking and the consortium members involved in the project as it provides the basis for monitoring the progress of the project

Final project report

Technical reporting is coordinated by the PC The individual task reports are prepared by the WP leaders but the coordinator has the final responsibility for editing according to a standard layout and for distribution In summary the PC is responsible for providing the EC with a synthesis of the main achievements and conclusions of the project

In this Deliverable, we will provide information about a press release on the initiation of the project to be published by the coordinator's institutional communication services. It will include the goals and target audience, the content, the media in which has been published, and metrics of its impact.

Data Management Plan

The objective of this Deliverable is to describe the Data Management Plan DMP of ALARM Project which is included in the pilot under Horizon 2020 called the Open Research Data Pilot ORD pilot The Deliverable will include among others a data summary including the purpose of data a description of types and formats of input and output data the origin accessibility and approximate size of the data the reuse of data and their utility for different target audiences ALARM will follow FAIR data principles and thus the deliverable will elaborate on a set of guiding principles to make data Findable Accessible Interoperable and Reusable Allocation of resources to comply with FAIR principles and the data management strategy of ALARM will be also provided within the document
