The project will prepare final publications that will include important lessons learnt recommendations guidance for replicators and detailed information on the projects process as well as signed contracts and contractual arrangements Any sensitive and confidential information eg prices etc can be removed from these contracts if necessary The final publications should be professionally designed attractive and tailored to the target group The publications should be produced in national language and translated in English 200 hardcopies in national language and 200 in English An executive summary of the results max 5 pages should be made available electronically and in the following languages English French German Italian Spanish and Polish The content and final draft of the publishable report must be approved by the EC Project Officer before publication
