Delivering the 3b generation of LNMO cells for the xEV market of 2025 and beyond

Deliverables

Data Management Plan

This deliverable documents the data mangement plan, which describes what data is expected to accrue in the project, how it will be managed and made accessible (or why not, in cases where data is not made public).

Test report of demonstrator modules and pack

This deliverable is the outcome of T7.2 and T7.3. It reports the results of the module and demonstrator pack testing.

Final dissemination report

This deliverable is the outcome of T8.1, T8.5 and T8.6. It reports the dissemination activities undertaken during the project with respect to the dissemination plan. It also factors in results from the technology demonstrator dxhibition (T8.5), if appropriate.

Consolidated requirements for the 3beLiEVe battery pack

This deliverable is the outcome of T1.1 and T1.2. It consolidates all the requirements for the cells, modules and packs. This includes the requirements from the LC-BAT-5-2019 call, mainly on cell level, as well as requirements from the reference vehicle platforms, circular economy requirements (2nd life, recycling), and battery component manufacturing considerations.

Project Management Handbook

This deliverable is the outcome of T9.1, T9.2 and T9.3. It provides Information about the project organisation, structure, context, as well as procedures. It is structured according to IPMA standard, and adds any additional items required by 3beLiEVe.

Large-scale manufacturing for 3beLiEVe cells

This deliverable is the outcome of T52It will describe how the cell design from WP3 can be transposed to industrial 1GWhyear production volumes The report will also describe the resulting software models that depictsimulate the processes

Preliminary BMS design and sensor integration concept

This deliverable is the outcome of T4.2. It describes the overall approach to and interfaces (hw+sw) between the BMS, sensors, cooling system and control logic/operating strategies.

2nd life demonstration and modelling

This deliverable is the outcome of T7.5. It reports the results of the performance testing of cells/module(s) in a physical and virtual 2nd life Environment.

Dissemination and communication plan

This deliverable is the outcome of T8.1, T8.2 and T8.6. It describes the approach the project will take towards dissemination and communication, including clustering activities.

Final IPR report and exploitation strategy after 3bELiEVe

This deliverable is another outcome of T8.3 and T8.4. It follows D8.2 as an update on IPR issues and exploitation strategy to the end of the project, and where applicable, gives an outlook beyond the end of the project.

Interim IPR report, exploitation strategy and business cases

This deliverable is the outcome of T83 and T84 It describes how IP is created identified and protected in the project This interim report covers the period M1M21 It also document the preliminary exploitation strategy and business cases for project partners

Material degradation study

This deliverable is the outcome of T24 It describes the process and results of the degradation studies performed on coin and pouch cells and draws conclusions about the influence of different cycling conditions on performance and lifetime of the cells

Test report on prototype cells including baseline data

This deliverable is the Outcome of T7.1. It reports the testing results from the final prototype cells built in WP6, with and without sensors.

Report on pilot line manufacturing pro-cess and parameters for prototype cells

This deliverable is the outcome of T33 It reports the manufacturing parameters and process for the assembly of the prototype pouch cells including sensors

Large-scale manufacturing for modules and packs

This deliverable is the outcome of T5.3 and the software model coming out of this task. It describes how the module and pack design from WP4 is transposed to a industrial volume manufacturing (incl. description of the software model).

Final design and specifications of module and pack

This deliverable is the outcome of T6.4, along with the actual physical demonstrators (modules, pack). It documents the final design and the specifications of the module(s) and the pack.

Disassembly and recycling process

This deliverable is the Outcome of T5.4. It describes the adopted disassembly process for pack/module. It also describes the recycling process and the results, including materials recovered, purity, and usability for new production. It also describes the Software models that depict/simulate the disassembly processes.

Technical specifications and test protocols for the battery

This deliverable is the outcome of T1.3 and T1.4. It takes the the deliverable (D1.1)enumerating the totality of requirements as a basis and transforms them into technical specifications for cell, module and pack.

Ex-post assessment report, including LCA/LCC

This deliverable is the outcome of T7.4, T7.5 and T7.6. It reports the complete assessment of the cells, modules and packs with respect to the targets, and gives a lifecycle analysis (=environmental perspective) and a lifecycle costing (=economic perspective).

FAT report on prototyped cells

This deliverable is the outcome of T6.2, along with the actual cells that are produced in this task. The report describes the factory acceptance testing (FAT) and the results obtained from the produced final cells.
