Sustainability and Expansion PlanIt will include the Individual sustainability plans from partner RFOs/RPOs on how to ensure GEPs continuation after the end of the project and report on the dedicated expansion activities implemented by the consortium (Leader: VIL, M48).

CALIPER CharterIt will include the design of the CALIPER Charter on Institutional Change for Gender Equal Research and Innovation Hubs and the list of the 40 organisations that will create synergies for mutual learning and experience exchange for the adoption and implementation of GEPs(Leader: SV, M48).
Dissemination StrategyThis report will provide the dissemination strategy of the project and provide internal communication guidelines to all RPOs/ RFO involved. It will include a list of significant events (conferences, seminars, workshops) which are planned to be organised, with detailed information like: title, date, location and content and will be updated on the next deliverables reporting the dissemination activities (Leader: VIL, M3).
Quality Assurance - Risk Management planIt will contain the main aspects related to the Quality Management of the project and the risk management process (Leader: VIL, M3).
GEPs implementation during phase 1It will report the GEPs implementation activities during phase 1 and will present the updated GEPs after the first iteration (Leader: UZG, M33).

Co-design guidelines for the development and reporting of scenariosThis deliverable will provide the partners with clear guidance on how to apply co-designing principle to the GEPs’ design context, both at the level of dialoguing and getting inputs from internal and external stakeholders, will provide the methodology that will be utilized for the development of scenarios as well as the set of scenarios that will be established in each participating country reflecting on the analysis and results of the previous WP (Leader: ULB, M11).
