This deliverable will include the ethical considerations and legal restrictions of data used in ENVISION as well as moral considerations regarding the use of human subjects in project activities Moreover it will present an an analysis of the ethical and legal framework regarding project specific activities to produce guidelines for project partners for safeguarding decisionmaking processes relevant to critical issues eg recruitment of research participants ensuring privacy and protection of personal information use of existing data including public data etc

Catalogue on auxiliary data and available repositories to be incorporated

This deliverable will provide a catalogue on the available auxiliary data and repositories that will be incorporated data format and kind as part of the projects products and services

Intermediate report on Lighthouse Customers and Advisory Board feedback and actions taken

This deliverable will be the first version of the intervals with the Lighthouse Customers and Advisory Board and will present the interactions of both boards

Report of customer requirements from ENVISION services

This deliverable will include the gathered information with regards to the user requirements in order to understand the actual end users needs based on a prioritisation by weight by effort ration

Architecture and Services Specifications report

This deliverable will refine and enrich the set of suitable existing techniques and technologies currently available in order to produce the latest system architecture and design for the ENVISION platform. It will comprise the overall architecture, the generic integration framework to support the technical requirements of the components developed, and any internal and external interfaces required.

Gender Situation Analysis and Needs Assessment

This deliverable will present the gender dimension within the project by clearly articulating the gender relevance to all WPs estimating how research fundings apply to the specific needs of all sexes ensuring data disaggregation on sex and gender related issues eg marital status and considering all intersecting factors eg ethnicity disability sexual orientation It will also tackle dissemination issues of the project and its results focusing on the appropriate channels that need to be used in order to ensure equal reach to all sexes ie engage women associations to disseminate information to female stakeholders

Integrated and validated version of the ENVISION platform

This deliverable will provide the test and validation procedure that will be followed in order to reassure the platform meets the original requirements concerning user acceptance.

Privacy Risk Assessment for ENVISION

This deliverable will be comprised of a risk log that summarises the main identified privacy risks including a description of the risk event likelihood impact and risk mitigation measures This assessment will provide a secure and safe environment for collecting sharing and consulting personal data

This deliverable will present the roadmap for reaching out to standard-setting organisations and promoting the use of EO-enabled monitoring for environmental assurance standards.

Dissemination and Communication plan

This deliverable will include the Dissemination and Communication Plan DCP which will be used to define and analyse the project target audiences whom should all be informed describing tailored messages as per target audience what shall be disseminated identifying the most appropriate and efficient communication means and tools and create proper material per target audience how to disseminate as well as setting a time plan when to disseminate assisting the project partners in implementing their dissemination and communication activities identify the most appropriate and efficient communication means and tools and design the proper material for reaching the dissemination objectives It will also include sets of necessary activities to be performed per project partner and with defined timelines for implementation and completion Furthermore qualitative and quantitative criteria eg approximate number of the website visitors persons contacted and informed about the project and feedback collected etc will be defined in the DCP and will be used for the assessment of the impact of the communication activities on the specific and general audiences for the project

This deliverable will present the business cases action plans along with details of operation such as data resources and data providers business stakeholders suggested potential actors and their role potential ENVISION products and services users dates of the beginning and end of demonstration and calendar of performance evaluation and feedback reporting responsibilities and tasks of the platform and the providers directions for plan B solutions

Market Outlook Analysis

This deliverable will aim to address a quantitative and qualitative research and assessment of the ENVISION market it will focus firstly on the size of the market and namely the profile and current status concerning the target groups of PAs and CBs as well as potential Lighthouse Customers to fully assess the market segments and their potential A review of the potential competitors landscape and respective positioning of ENVISION with its strengths and weaknesses will feed the analysis concerning the relative actors Lastly a PESTLE analysis will summarize the external environment and respective market drivers market size economic legal and institutional conditions etc within each country and on a broader European basis

Add-on development showcase and capacity building report

This deliverable will present the results of the activities that will be performed in order to increase the capacity of companies and organisations that offer commercial products, to develop new and improved products and services by building up on the ENVISION solution.

This deliverable will present the trial auditing process that will be performed within LEAF Marque auditing in order to test their potential for covering a number of control points within the standard.

Review of current services provision

This deliverable will include the analysis of the current commercial and non-commercial services provided to PAs and CBs in regard to the continuous monitoring of agricultural parcels. The analysis will estimate the level that current technologies cover the needs of PAs and CBs in terms of technical and operational requirements.

A first version of Data Management Plan DMP will be prepared defining data that will be generated by the project whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and reuse and how it will be curated and preserved The purpose of this deliverable is to support the data management life cycle for all data collected processed and or generated by the project and cover which aspects will be shared with interested third parties in and which data will be open and free manner This first version of the DMP will be delivered within the first six months of the project
