Observatory of key IWT Networks enablers: TEN-T developments, port automation, energy and legal issues

Observatory setup and basic functions including TEN-T projects related to inland shipping, identifying opportunities for collaboration and the uptake of common actions. Observatory upgrade including (a) Trends in port automation affecting IWT, (b) Review of legal issues particularly for cross-border operation and support strategies and (c) Legislation and policy. A report will include observatory governance and structure, mission, and major sections description with all portal functionalities set.
