Project’s StationeryThis deliverable aims to present the stationery produced for the XPRESS Project which will be used for formal communication purposes. Management and Quality PlanThe Project Management and Quality Plan will enclose all the required information needed to adopt a smooth and efficient management of the project from the administrative and budgetary points of view. Through revision of project progresses and reports to the EC the Management and Quality Plan will be implemented to all project procedures (data, reporting, dissemination and communication activities, etc.) in order to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001 and 14001).

First draft of the RES Survey (RESS)The main result showed in this deliverable will be the first draft of the RES Survey (RESS) which will be implemented in Task 2.3. It will come up from 10 co-creation workshops that will be organised in each partner country with innovative SMEs and local authorities. The workshops will serve for mapping needs and build new ideas for collaboration.

Initial Analysis of the barriers to investments in innovative RESIn task 3.1, the data collected within WP2 is analysed with a view to identifying strategies, drivers and barriers of green procurement with respect to the involvement of innovative SMEs. The analysis presented in deliverable D3.1 follows the principle of triangulation, combining the insights obtained from case studies, database research as well as a quantitative survey. This approach provides several angles on the central issue, and combines the perspectives from both the public purchasers and the suppliers. Deliverable D3.1 will contribute to strengthening the conceptual foundation of the project, providing the basis for developing a number of main assumptions and hypotheses about the challenges with and opportunities for stimulating RES uptake through SME friendly GPPs. These assumptions and hypotheses will in turn provide useful input to both the stakeholder café’s and policy co-creation workshops during the second half of the project period. The Plan provides recommendations for: Ethical, Data and and Risk Management. This document serves as a guide for all partners to provide guidelines about how to manage data, ethical and risks issues. It includes a detailed Project Management Plan, Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks. The aim is to describe the mechanisms used during the project implementation and ensure high quality and ethically sound nature of project deliverables and activities. At least 2 revisions will be done in the course of the project (one just before the end of the first reporting period and one just before the end of the second (and final) reporting period).
