This will outline all dissemination and communication activities

This will include the minutes of the European SocialWatt conference

Policy briefs: Implementing energy efficiency obligation schemes to alleviate energy poverty

These will include national recommendations and lessons learnt by utilitiesenergy suppliersenergy service companies from implementing energy efficiency obligation schemes that aim to alleviate energy poverty whilst an EU brief will also be developed

Report on the status quo of energy poverty and its mitigation in the EU

All partners will contribute to the development of this by defining energy poverty in each participating country, collecting key data and identifying policies, actions and best practices to mitigate energy poverty.

Final publishable report

This will summarize the projects objectives activities and achievements

Evaluation of schemes to tackle energy poverty

Each participating utility/energy supplier will present the results of the evaluation of the different actions considered and identify those that will be implemented.

Review of the pilot implementation of innovative schemes to tackle energy poverty (final version)

Each participating utilityenergy supplierenergy service company will document the implementation of their scheme and evaluate its effectiveness which will include an impact assessment

Policy briefs: Cross cutting recommendations

The three policy briefs will provide clear recommendations to policy makers across Europe based on key lessons learnt from the policy fact sheets and the implementation of schemes

Evaluation of schemes to tackle energy poverty by EDP NEW

EDP NEW will present the results of the identification of energy poor households and the evaluation of the different actions considered to identify those that will be implemented

Guidebook for the use of the SocialWatt tools (final version)

The guidebook will describe the tools developed and help users benefit from all its functions in order to better target and support energypoor households

Communication material

This includes the SocialWatt brochure and the informative guidebook

Report on the exploitation and replication activities

The report will outline the exploitation and replication activities undertaken by project partners highlighting key lessons learnt from implementing the schemes and the replication activities

Report on the capacity building and knowledge sharing activities

The report will summarise the contents and the outcomes of the training seminars organised by the consortium partners in each country and at an EU level

Energy Poverty Action Plans

Each participating utilityenergy supplierenergy service company NATURGY PPC CEZ VANZARE FORTUM HEP ESCO EVISO will develop an Energy Poverty Action Plan which will outline the schemes and actions that will be implemented as well as how their effectiveness will be monitored

Policy fact sheets

These will identify and analyse specific policy measures that are being implemented in ten selected countries for tackling energy poverty

Brief on actions and schemes to consider for tackling energy poverty

All partners will support the development of innovative, sustainable and effective schemes to tackle energy poverty, which will be outlined in this brief.

Report on the dissemination and communication activities implemented, Reporting Period I

This will outline all dissemination and communication activities

Webinar proceedings

The report will describe the content of the webinars as well as key lessons learnt and conclusions to further communicate findings across Europe

EDP NEW's Energy Poverty Action Plan

EDP NEW will develop an Energy Poverty Action Plan which will outline the schemes and actions that will be implemented as well as how their effectiveness will be monitored

Project website and the visual identity of the project

The project website will be launched, along with the project logo and templates

Electronic informative material

eNewsletters will be developed and disseminated approximately every six months to regularly disseminate the projects results These will be submitted at project end

SocialWatt Decision Support Tools (final version)

The final version of the ‘SocialWatt Analyser’, ‘SocialWatt Plan’ & ‘SocialWatt Check’ tools
