Thresholds in human exploitation of marine vertebrates

CORDIS provides links to public deliverables and publications of HORIZON projects.

Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

SeaChanges website & social media launch

SeaChanges will establish a dedicated network portal website using the successful formula of past Marie Sklodowska-Curie ITNs (e.g. ArchSci2020, TEMPERA). The website will be live from M3 (if not earlier) and will be used to communicate a project overview, details of individual ESR projects, and members of the team, associated partners, news updates, and downloadable publications and resources, including press releases, videos and podcasts. Creation of social media accounts aimed at disseminating project results. ESRs will collectively choose social media platforms and will select a SeaChanges Social Media Officer (this role will be held on an annual basis)

>45 peer-reviewed publication submissions

A summary of SeaChanges-related papers submitted during the course of the project will be compiled and uploaded to the portal.

SeaChanges conference

The final conference will showcase a mix of core SeaChanges research projects and broader-picture research, and be fully open to non-academic users of research.

SeaChanges exhibition

SeaChanges will establish an ambitious pop-up exhibition on past and present exploitation of marine life, drawing directly on the new research generated by the ESR projects and interpreting it for the benefit of the widest possible public audience. The exhibition will use the considerable in-house experience of the NHMD staff in its design and delivery and will be constructed in such a way as to facilitate touring to collaborating cities and further afield (dependent on funds available).
