Final technical architecture update and interoperability guidelines update

This document will update the service architecture for the EOSC-Hub platform. This will take into account all the services coming out from the various projects and community joining EOSC-Hub. The document will also contain the latest version of the architecture and interoperability guidelines developed by the project.

D7.2 First report on Thematic Service architecture and software integration

A report describing the architectures of the first software release components and the activities completed by the communities to achieve their release.

D10.4 EOSC Hub Technical Architecture and standards roadmap v2

This document will update the service architecture for the EOSC-Hub platform. This will take into account all the services coming out from the various projects and community joining EOSC-Hub. The architecture will also cover the interaction among the services.

This document provides the introduction to the collaborative services and infrastructure and outlines the roadmap for initial integration with timelines and expected technical results. Synopsis of the unique issues associated with acquiring digital services for research in the EOSC drawing out issues eg perceived incompatibility with legal and regulatory frameworks alongside further investigation into whether cloud coins or voucher access models can be used as a legitimate mechanism to providing a longterm solution to making services available free at the point of use exploring sponsored use scenarios and suggesting terms of reference for future EOSC Central Purchasing Bodies or intermediary organisations acting as demand aggregators in the EOSC context

This report describes the training activities done during the first year of the project It includes the list of training events materials datasets and deployable training environments developed by the project and available in the online catalogue

D12.1 Procurement requirements and demand assessment

Analysis of procurement requirements, demand assessment, buying schedule of selected organisations, identification of early adopters for the procurement and purchasing framework, definition of business models suitable for the selected scenarios with identification of the related funding and payment schemes.

Report on the status of the common services software maintenance and adaptations according to the first maintenance and integration plans that covers the tasks 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and T6.4. The plan for quality testing and continuous delivery will be discussed.

D3.1 EOSC-Hub Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Plan

Definition of the strategy for communicating and engaging with the internal and external stakeholders targeted by the project. The plan, a living document from M5 to project completion, will define different potential levels of engagement and outline the different communication plans for each stakeholder, including details of the action plans and implementation steps and timing. Detailed KPIs and metrics will be provided to monitor the effectiveness of the plan.

D5.3 1st Report on maintenance and integration of federation and collaboration services

This report describes the work done during the first year of the project. It provides the assessment of the initial integration work with focus on AAI services and results, performance and availability of the services, ongoing activities and updated work plan.

D3.5 Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Final Report

This report will summarise the communication and stakeholder engagement activities executed over the project lifetime with details of the action plans, implementation, timing and impact assessment based on the defined KPIs and metrics (in D3.1).

D2.7 Final Service roadmap, service portfolio and service catalogue

This report presents the final version of the service portfolio and the service catalogue. It also presents the recommended service roadmap to evolve the service portfolio after the end of the project.

D11.5 Updated training materials about common services, thematic and competence services

This document is the final training activity report for WP11. It includes the final version of the online catalogue along with the list of all the training events, materials, datasets and deployable training environments developed during the project lifetime to target the needs of data scientists.

D4.4 Capacity plans for services in the Hub Portfolio

This deliverable will collect the available usage statistics for all the services in the EOSC-hub catalogue. A capacity plan for the services in the catalogue will be provided as well, it will be based on the usage statistics and the expectations for future usage.

D5.6 Final report on the integration of federation and collaboration services

The scope of this document is the final release of collaborative services and tools. It describes the development and implementation of new features for the services and tools during the third year of the project. The report concludes the overall development for all collaborative services and tools achieved during the whole project duration and provides the final results for the whole collaborative infrastructure.

D11.1 Training materials about common services and thematic services

The document outlines the initial training plan that will be delivered during the project, and provides a first set of training contents, about each common and thematic services, that will be available in the online catalogue.

D4.3 Procedures and policies for the production infrastructure

This deliverable will provide an overview of the operational policies and procedures applicable to the services of the EOSC-hub catalogue.

D5.2 First release of federation and collaboration services and tools

The scope of this document is the first release of collaborative services and tools. It describes the development and implementation of new features for the services and tools achieved during the first year of the project.

D5.4 Second release of federation and collaboration services and tools

This report describes the work done during the second year of the project. It provides an update on assessment of the integration work and intermediate results. It includes the evaluation of the development of collaboration services and tools with focus on their integration and possible deviations from the original work plan.

D6.3 Second release of common services

Release of the second maintenance package for common services. The package addresses common services across all WP6 tasks. It comprises advanced software interoperability adaptations regarding federation and collaboration services as well as adaptations required by thematic and specialized services.

D6.1 First release of common services software

Release of the first maintenance package for common services required by the thematic and specialized services. The package addresses common services in the area of T6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and T6.4 (without B2NOTE). It comprises first software adaptations of the common services that feature horizontal and vertical interoperability.

D7.1 First Thematic Service software release

The first set of software components which are vertically integrated on top of the EOSC-hub infrastructural services provided by WP6 and WP5. The components allow to extend the community services specific of each WP7’s task, exploiting the EOSC-hub infrastructure. At this stage, it is expected that only a minor part of those services is fully integrated with the EOSC-hub, while most part of them covers only some aspects of the integration: accounting, authentication, monitoring, etc.
