This report shows the main technical specifications of the knowledge information system and a list of minimal functionalities for prototype development. It also highlights use cases for both researchers and stakeholders. Work to be done in coordination with T4.2.

Stakeholder views on the role of SOC for climate change mitigation, adaptation and SDGs

Report on the views of stakeholders for potential for SOC management to contribute to SOC sequestration for climate change mitigation and adaptation and for the achievement of SDGs, including how these measures can be implemented, which barriers may constrain this, and which knowledge gaps need to be filled.

International knowledge synthesis

Report detailing the harmonized spatial data sets and their use to create knowledge synthesis on the potential for SOC sequestration in agriculture and on the role of SOC for agricultural productivity, climate change mitigation and adaptation.

Assessing challenges, barriers and solutions to the implementation of SOC sequestration options

Report on the key barriers and solutions for the implementation of SOC sequestration options across different geographic zones and what knowledge gaps need to be filled to overcome barriers.

Strategic Research Agenda defined at EU and global levels

The SRA will delineate priorities for the alignment of international research on SOC sequestration in agriculture

Synthesis report on knowledge demands and needs of stakeholders

Report synthesizing 1 knowledge demands and needs of stakeholders and 2 knowledge demands to support policy options development addressing soil carbon for climate change mitigation and adaptation sustainable intensification of agriculture and Sustainable Development Goals SDGs
