Exploitation and Innovation Management Report

An exploitation strategy is prepared and presented in this deliverable for the outcomes of the project and recommendations for using the results after the project ends. The report includes confidential parts i.e. about raw data and other aspects.

Innovation Pilot Lab Flanders: implementation and results [intermediate and final version]

The deliverable reports on the results of pilot actions to improve the cost and operation efficiencies in the provision of combined (PT + last mile/door-to-door) service schemes in the rural area of Flanders. A final version of this deliverable is foreseen for M34.

Process Evaluation Results

D5.3 describes the overall Process Evaluation Results which, already during their development, fed into Task 5.5.

Full Evaluation, the test results

D5.5 describes the results from the “before-during” comparison of the INCLUSION PLs both at local and cross-site.

Final Dissemination Report

The final dissemination report provides full account of all project dissemination activities throughout the entire project duration, including: - Presentations and networking at external events. - Networking via the project Stakeholders' Forum. - Exchanges and cooperation with other H2020 projects. - Local project workshops. - Public INCLUSION project events. - Scientific publications and project presentations. - Project presence on social media.

Review and classification of prioritized area types and user groups and identification of challenges and gaps

A report detailing the findings of the literature review. It will include: - a classification of: area types; user segments; mobility options; transport infrastructure and services provision; the main societal trends affecting mobility accessibility, inclusivity and equity, and the impacts of such trends on vulnerable users. - the identification of challenges and elements affecting accessibility, inclusivity and equity in mobility and transport services, highlighting the gaps in transport infrastructure and service provision for different user segments and area types

Evaluation of findings and transferability potential at European level

D5.6 synthesizes the key findings from all the INCLUSION Pilot Labs and provides references for transferability of assessed innovations at European level. These results, together with WP3 / Task 3.4 outcomes, provides fundamental inputs for the development of policy recommendations in WP6 (Task 6.3).

Definition of terms

Based on the views and contributions of all partners, this report will set the context, definitions and scope of the terminology used in the project (e.g. inclusion, paratransit, sharing, older people, disabled, equity, equality, social cohesion, etc.) providing the conceptual background for the reading of all public project deliverables.

Compilation of 50 case study profiles; overviews and in-depth investigations

D3.3 comprises a compilation of 50, 2-page case study profiles (both in-depth and overview cases). The raw primary data gathered from the 10 in-depth case studies (transcripts of interviews, notes from focus groups, statistical data etc.) will not be released to the public for data protection reasons but will be available for scrutiny upon request in order to ensure a transparent audit trail.

Innovation Pilot Lab Florence: implementation and results [intermediate and final version]

The deliverable reports on the results of pilot actions for improving the public transport accessibility of immigrants and low income residents in suburban and peripheral area of Florence. A final version of this deliverable is foreseen for M34.

Full Evaluation, the reference scenarios

D5.4 describes the reference scenarios, illustrating the assessed baseline situation of the INCLUSION Pilot Labs, including, where possible, a cross-case comparison.

Impact Evaluation Plan

D5.1 Impact Evaluation Plan is produced in Task 5.1 and describes the methodology adopted to evaluate impacts, including practical guidelines for the data evaluation process.

The deliverable reports on the results of the pilot actions for improving the public transport accessibility of vulnerable groups of residents and tourists in Cairngorms National Park, with focus on adaptation of current governance models and business concepts. Innovation Pilot Lab Rhein-Sieg: implementation and results [intermediate and final version]

The deliverable reports on the results of the pilot actions for improving the public transport accessibility of families with young children in the RSK district. A final version of this deliverable is foreseen for M34.

Typology and description of underlying principles and generalisable lessons

As output of the data gathering throughout Task 3.3 and analysis in Task T3.4, D3.4 is a typology and description of underlying principles and generalisable lessons from the 10 in-depth case studies and the 40 overview studies in a way that provides inspiration and transferable know-how.

Process Evaluation Plan

D5.2 describes the methodology to collect relevant data to evaluate the process, including specific data collection templates

Innovation Pilot Lab Barcelona: implementation and results [intermediate and final version]

The deliverable reports on the results of pilot actions to improve accessibility to PT for commuters and travelers, in the occasion of public events for Barcelona conurbation. A final version of this deliverable is foreseen for M34.

Innovation Pilot Lab Budapest: implementation and results [intermediate and final version]

The deliverable reports on the results of pilot actions to improve the accessibility of Public Transport in Budapest area especially with analysis and campaigns to promote the awareness of inclusivity and a change of attitude towards the vulnerable user groups. A final version of this deliverable is foreseen for M34.

Recommendations on the transferability of the proposed business models

D6.2 formulates the recommendations on the business models most appropriate for implementation in prioritised areas and their transferability potential

Final report on new ideas and concepts for PT innovations in prioritized areas

Final specification of set of concepts, ideas and proposal for novel ICT-enabled social innovation in transport and mobility.

Introduction and illustration of an initial set of concepts, ideas and proposal for novel ICT-enabled social innovation in transport and mobility.

Business concepts and models to support accessible and inclusive mobility

D6.1 reports on alternative business model scenarios for inclusive mobility and syntesizes the social and demographic barriers to the effective utilisation of the business concepts;

Identification and assessment of mobility needs of ‘vulnerable to exclusion’ users and population groups

A report illustrating the main outcomes of the on-line surveys (questionnaires) and Stakeholders’ Forum workshop for assessment and validation of the user needs analysis.

Project Dissemination and Communication Package

The Project Dissemination & Communication Package comprises resources and material like the website, leaflets, project identity graphics, etc., that all together provide the basis for all INCLUSION partners in any dissemination event and activity during and after the project.
