Deliverables
Full Dissemination and Communication Plan, including details on Dissemination and Communication objectives, target groups and stakeholders, tools and channels, indicators and targets, and action plan for implementation.
Battery pack tests at lab scaleCEA will accomplish full tests on module before testing the full BP
Referenced LCARSC will fix an initial picture of the LCA with respect to the SoA. All partners will feed RSC with the necessary information
Selection of battery pack testsLed by end users REN and EGO, the automotive BP standards will be analysed and tests selected to be accomplished by CEA, AIT and RWTH at laboratory and in car.
Thermal conditioning secondary components design (M12)The cooling secondary components involve the cover of the BP and as an option, bulk parts of the BP. RSC will contribute with a thermal conductive material that can be used in those parts of the whole BP product. AIT and RWTH will report their thermal simulations as well as HEX their mechanical ones.
Report on Eco-design assessmentRSC will gather in this report all the steps folowed to mathc the BP design with ecodesign rules In case that some decisisonagainst those rules were taken RSC will collect the reasons economical technical etc
Comparative study and calculation tool for EV battery recycling processesACC will report the collected data about recyclability main keypoints related to each step of the BP design and manufacturing The methodology regarding a smart recycling will be explained in this report by ACC supported by EGO FREE and TYVA
Battery pack module tests at labAIT and RWTH will accomplish full tests on module before testing the full BP
Comparison of suitable high energy density cells for automotive applications (M3)REN, EGO, TYVA, CID, ISE and AIT will share their knowledge on the cell market in order to select the most suitable high energy density cell brands. RSC will execute an analysis of cells recyclability in close contact to WP7
Publications and Events ReportReport with summary of scientific publications developed and conferences attended including abstracts justification of journalconference impact achieved The report will also include a summary of the tradeshows attended during the project including objectives overview of participants networking established and impact achieved Lastly the report will summarize outcomes of the Workshop and Webinars including objectives agenda participants topics discussed and minutes
Project WebsiteReport on the iModBatt project website, including project objectives, partner profiles, connections with social media, project reports and other relevant communication
Customization of BP for second use and reuseAll the process followed to customize the BPs form the original applications to the final applcoiations is reported in this Deliverable by CID This work will be supported by EGO FREE and TYVA
Comparative LCARSC will present the definitve LCA at the end of the project
