This deliverable will be the output of T6.1 and will present the impacts on travel times and traffic flow on a city-level due to the usage of EL-Vs instead of ICE vehicles, for different penetration rates of EL-Vs.
ELVITEN study questions and KPIsThis deliverable will be the output of T1.3 and will present the study questions and the KPIs to be used in the analyses of WP5 and WP6.
ELVITEN ICT toolsThis deliverable will be the output of T3.1, T3.3 and will present the functionalities of the ICT tools deployed in each city. The report will be issued at the first release of the ICT tools (Month 12) and will be reviewed at the end of the project, in order to integrate the improvements carried out after the demonstrations.
Cost-benefit analysis and potential market uptake of EL-VsThis deliverable will be the output of T6.2 and T6.3 and will present the results of a cost benefit analysis on whether replacing ICE vehicles with EL-Vs is financially justifiable from the point of view of the users, the fleet owners and of the whole City.
ICT Platform and Dissemination DashboardThis deliverable will be the output of T3.2 and it will be an accompanying report presenting the functionalities of the platform.
Mobility demand, vehicle usage and a-priori public perceptions towards EL-Vs in the ELVITEN Demonstration CitiesThis deliverable will be the output of T1.1 and will present the mobility demand and modal split in each of the ELVITEN Demonstration Cities, the existing usage of L-Vs and EL-Vs and people’s a priori attitudes towards them.
ELVITEN data repositoryThis deliverable will be the output of T3.4 and will present the functionalities of the data repository and of the data collection and processing tools.
Real driving conditions of EL-Vs and users’experienceThis Deliverable will be the output of T5.2 and will document the users’ experiences with EL-Vs as regards their interactions with other road users and road elements, the adequacy of the various charging technologies, experienced problems and the users’ feeling of comfort with the vehicles.
ELVITEN demonstrations activitiesThis Deliverable will be the outcome of T4.3 and will describe the users involved per City and the EL-Vs, services and ICT tools usage per City in the demonstration period in total.
ELVITEN Stakeholders and Business ModelsThis deliverable will be the output of T7.1 and T7.2 and will present the stakeholders in the area, the assessment of their interrelations and comprehensive business plans for support services and ICT tools for EL-Vs market uptake.
Acceptance of EL-Vs and of the ELVITEN usage schemesThis Deliverable will be the output of T5.3 and will analyse the users’ and stakeholders’ acceptance of EL-Vs and of the deployedservices, ICT tools and incentivesper City and per user cluster.
Communication Strategy and PlanThis will be the output of T8.1 and it will include the communication, dissemination and liaison plan to be followed within the project.
ELVITEN demonstration methodology and baseline scenariosThis deliverable will be the output of T2.1 and T2.2 and will present the methodology to collect data and calculate the KPIs, the methodology to involve users and the questionnaires to be administered.It will also present the baseline situation for each of the Demonstration Cities, including baseline values of the agreed KPIs, to be compared with the ELVITEN findings after the demonstrations.
ELVITENset-up and first demonstrations activitiesThis Deliverable will be the outcome of all tasks. It will present the setup of the demonstrations in each City and will describe the users involved per City and the EL-Vs, services and ICT tools usage per City until month 18 of the project.
ELVITEN usage schemes and functional requirementsThis deliverable will be the output of T1.2 and will present the services and ICT tools to be deployed and the policies to be enforced per City and their functional requirements.
ELVITEN communication toolsThis will be the output of T8.2 and it will accompany and present the project brand identity and material, the brochure, posters, newsletters, videos, website and social media accounts.
ELVITEN guidelines for EL-Vs market uptakeThis will be the output of T7.3, T7.4 and T7.5 and will include guidelines towards EL-Vs manufacturers and Planning Authorities to support the integration of EL-Vs in the transport and electricity networks.
Real mobility needs of EL-Vs’s usersThis Deliverable will be the output of T5.1 and will present the driving patterns of EL-Vs per City and per user category, as well as the charging behaviour of the users.
ELVITEN communication activities reportThis will be the output of T8.3 and T8.4 and will report all communication activities undertaken by the project and their impact.
