Deliverables
D68 will comprise the validations performed with the corresponding report It will also provide the final development of the platform including general use corrections and user recommendations and feedback
Training and knowledge transfer materials and productsD82 consists of the STOPIT training material and knowledge transfer products
Validation framework - Evaluation Plan and Operational demonstration scenarioD6.7 consists on the creation of a fully operational STOP-IT platform through the prototype demonstration in a simulated operational environment. This deliverable will also provide the evaluation methodology for the platform under a controled scenario including quantitative (metrics) and qualitative (user interaction and feedback) measurements.
D4.5 consists on the platform for tactical and strategic risk assessment and intervention planning, combining the results of WP4 into an integrative product of WP4, under a semantic enriched platform with data mining capabilities. The tool will take part of the decision-making module at WP6.
Risk Identification databaseD3.2 consists in the STOP-IT risk identification database (RIDB), which provides a comprehensive list of risk event expressed by events that can impact the achievement of FR water utilities objectives defined in T 3.1. The RIDB is supported by an accompanying document describing the database content, structure and use.
Risk Reduction Measures Database (RRMD)The RRMD from D4.3 facilitate the identification, selection and prioritization of appropriate risk reduction measures (as actions, activities or processes that can be applied in order to reduce the occurrence and minimize consequences of events). This RRMD contains for selected certain types of events first qualitative indicators and application examples. Input is provided from the Risk Identification Database (D3.2) and from risk analysis and evaluation process in T4.2. The RRMD is supported by an accompanying document describing the database content, structure and use.
Asset vulnerability assessment toolD4.1 consists of an online tool acting as procedural step by step guide for the assessment of vulnerability of assets to (all identified) risk events due to physical and cyber threats and their combination against current protection measures.
Risk analysis and Evaluation toolkitD4.2 consists of a toolkit based on state of art models and tools, for the analysis and evaluation of risks (from physical, cyber and combined events) to the water systems (with a focus on the vulnerable assets identified)
Toolbox of technologies for securing IT and SCADA systems in CITask 5.2 will develop innovative technologies for the protection of IT and SCADA systems for CI in the water sector. D5.4 will consist of the set of technologies, as standalone solutions and with documented interfaces to be integrated in existing platforms and to the project platform developed in WP6
Toolbox of technologies for protecting against physical threats in CITask 5.3 will develop innovative technologies for the protection against physical threats of a CI in the water sector. D5.5 will consist of the set of technologies, as standalone solutions and with documented interfaces to be integrated in existing platforms and to the project platform developed in WP6.
Cyber Threat Incident ServiceTask 5.4 will develop a Cyber Threat Incident service that will process data incident feeds and identify related threats to present systems. The solution will be provided in D5.6 with interoperable incident reporting standards to facilitate its integration.
STOP-IT secure exchange mechanism including public warning system serviceD6.2 consists of a Public Warning System (PWS) to communicate emergency states to a broad number of stakeholders.
Cyber-physical threats stress-testing platformD4.4 consists of a stress-testing platform providing a test bed for alternative rist treatment options (both for the RRM included in the RRMD and the new technologies in WP5).
Common Operational PictureD6.4 consists of an enhanced visualization module, acting as Common Operational Picture, operable in mobile environment as well as to the control center of the water utilities (as stand alone module).
D9.2 consists of the first annual magazine (a four pages brochure in A4 format) to be distributed electronically. Magazines will be released on annual basis.
Corporate identity and general dissemination materialD9.1 consists of the corporate design for the project.
D8.1 will define the main training requirements in collaboration with the end-users (FR and FL) considering inputs from the CoPs, and design specialized courses for different identified end-user profiles.
Data Management Plan first version (updates in M12, 18, 24, 36, 48)D1.3 will detail what data the project will collect and generate how it will be exploited or made accessible,and/or how it will be preserved. Updates at M12 and 24 will be delivered as internal project reports. Updates at M18, 36 and 48 will be submitted to the EC as integral part of the project periodic reports.
Annual technical and policy brief based on the results of each CoP (M12, 24, 36, 50)D22 consists of annual technical and policy brief based on the results of each CoP
Continuity plan for the training courses and servicesD84 describes the appropriate actions to ensure continuity of the training courses and services beyond the project duration
Guidelines for CoPs setup and animation"D2.1 provides a guideline with brief definition of goals, methodologies and time planning for a co-joint participation process in STOP-IT. D 2.1. has the character of a ""cook book"" to ensure similar standards within all CoPs and case study involvements."
Validation Plans including the KPIs per demoD7.2 consists of the validation plan including the parameters to be used to test and validate the STOP-IT platform, the planning for all demonstrations, the evaluation forms to generate end-users feedback, a reference to the FR requirements (WP3) and specific KPIs for societal parameters.
Reports on training sessions undertaken and user feedback/assessmentD83 reports on the training sessions undertaken also including feedback from the trainees to futher improve the training material before finalization
Final Dissemination and Communication PlanD93 consists of the final version of the DCP A first version will be delivered as milestone MS3 and evolve during the project up to the final version as D93
Societal impact reportD14 will monitor and document the project societal impact including related information gathered from all the WPs and delivered to the EC together with the final project periodic report
