This deliverable will outline the communication and distribution activities in relation with the communication products and channels used to reach the different target groups for the second year of the project. The deliverable will cover all WP tasks.
Dissemination and Exploitation Plan - First ReleaseThis deliverable contains both strategic and operational guidelines of the Dissemination, and Communication activities of the project, and shall be prepared and delivered at the end of the first year of the project.
Online, social and TV media indicators used to measure outreach and impactsThis deliverable will provide information on the indicators that are used for the monitoring of the distribution of all the original contents produced and distributed by EFFECT and the measurement of outreach and impacts.
Analysis of EFFECT impacts - First ReleaseThis deliverable will contain the outcomes of the monitoring activities through the different public communication channels used by the project. The report will measure the success of the project against the criteria set-out to achieve the expected impacts. The first release is due at the end of the first year of the project.
First release of the projects’ databaseThis deliverable shall contain contact reference and factual information of the addressed projects.

First Report on Public Communication and DistributionThis deliverable will outline the communication and distribution activities in relation with the communication products and channels used to reach the different target groups for the first year of the project. Definition of Criteria for Scientific EvaluationThis deliverable includes the description of the methodology adopted by the Advisory Board to provide a scientific evaluation of projects and their results, to be used in the selection procedure.
Editorial Plan - First ReleaseThe deliverable will contain the editorial calendar of the first 12 months of activity and the following 3 months (from M3 till M15) . It will include the topics selected and the communication formats chosen to treat them.
Report on content collection and selectionThis deliverable contains an outline of the screening and selection process and the reports on each identified project including the outcomes from interviews (tables of contacted projects, scorings and transcripts of interviews) and the contents/messages to be communicated as well as the final evaluation of the Advisory Board.

Update of Data Management PlanThis deliverable updates D1.7 due on month 6 of the project
The EFFECT project will develop and release the project website at month 2. It will serve as main on-line contact point of the project and will be continuously update throughout the lifetime of the project
