Deliverables
This advanced version of SRA should provide a prioritisation in terms of: 1. the level of change that can be achieved, be it in terms of improvements in quality of care and (ultimately) health of citizens and/or in terms of the budget pressures on regional or national health care budgets, and 2. the timeliness of research evidence: for which topics are larger and longer term projects most relevant and for which ones are countries likely to be better helped with smaller and targeted research projects, including rapid assessments of available evidence, not covered in TO-REACH. 3. the methodological issues concerning international comparisons in service delivery innovations and their transferability, both between providers, sectors, regions and countries.
