T1.2 will collect needs coming from the identified target groups, organizing also an International Conference (IC1) (M4, more than 100 targeted stakeholders around Europe). Report on Collaboration with Other ProjectsThe aim of this deliverable is to facilitate participation in technical workshops, and conferences organised by the EC and other innovation actions and co-ordination and support actions. This will include workshops on policy relevant issues such as regulatory frameworks, business models and obstacles to Smart Grid innovation. It will focus on collaboration with other projects funded under the same call (H2020 LCE-2-2016) and the co-ordination and support actions funded under LCE-3 2016. Xanthi (GR) Pre Pilot Use Case Realisation reportA set of flexible DR mechanisms deployed to the nodes of the isolated microgrid targeting mainly to the auxiliaries load modelbased predictive controllers a Virtual Central Storage will be formulated for the nodes of the smartgrid and grid balancing a charging facility will be interconnected with the grid to allow for the MHE EVs to use the stored energy especially in cases of surplus the different storage options energy or hydrogen will be integrated to the overall energy control of the grid
Nicosia (CY) Large Scale Pilot Use Case Realisation reportDesign and deployment and the pilot use case of Cyprus in accordance with the deployment plans of the inteGRIDy project as defined in WP5 Furthermore the DR strategies and DSM techniques developed will be applied to all buildings within the campus and households with the support of the Cyprus DSO EAC The DR and DSM will be tested and verified in order to reach the optimal techniques fulfilling the goals set and creating a WINWIN situation between all involved stakeholders

Smart Electricity Distribution Networks: Legal, Regulatory & Market Design Issues at inteGRIDy pilot casesAnalysis of the legal, regulatory and market design issues in each of the countries in which the inteGRIDy solution is to be piloted. This analysis will include an assessment of how the legal regulatory and market context in each of the pilot countries impact on the following technical and commercial arrangements required for Smart distribution networks
inteGRIDy Global Evaluation Metrics and KPIsBased on the requirements elicitated in T1.2 and use-case scenarios defined in T1.3, this deliverable will define a global framework for the inteGRIDy evaluation and impact assessment in technical, economic, environmental and social terms. A global bundle of KPIs and metrics will be defined, which will be further instantiated and aligned to the different pilot cases of the project in Task 8.1, to properly address specificities of each pilot case, but also retain a uniform (and comparative) evaluation of the project results. Pilot Sites Surveys, Use Case Requirements & Business ScenariosSurvey of Pilot Sites and the definition of requirements for all Use Cases. Each survey report will include an assessment of pilot facilities and infrastructures, as well a technical description of functionalities with corresponding equipment. POLIMI will conglomerate the 10 survey reports in one whole Pilot Surveying Project Report. As soon as pilot surveys are complete, data requirements for each pilot/Use Case needs to be defined. Furthermore, the definition of a range of User & Business Scenarios will be conducted, where the innovative developments of inteGRIDy will be evaluated. Scenarios will be defined for different type of buildings and stakeholders and will follow a scenario-based gathering process that will comply with the IEEE guidelines (ISO/IEC/IEEE 42010:2011). The process for drafting inteGRIDy Use Cases will enable the consortium to capture, analyze and communicate stakeholder needs for the proposed technology in an effective manner.

This deliverable consists in establishing and conducting the overall Web and Social Media presence of the project: (i) the project portal, which will contribute to creating awareness about the inteGRIDy project and its objectives. (ii) Exploitation of popular web 2.0 channels and social media and engaging the web community as multipliers of the knowledge.
Update on D2.3
inteGRIDy Data Management PlanAnalysis of the cyber security & privacy issues in the context of each of the demonstration sites countries, taking into account guidelines for appropriate security measures for smart grids published by European Network and Information Security Agency. This deliverable will include the elaboration of the Data Management Plan (DMP) for the participation to the ‘Pilot on Open Research Data in Horizon 2020’, comprising of (i) handling of research data during & after the project (ii) what data will be collected, processed or generated (iii) what methodology & standards will be applied and (iv) whether data will be shared /made open access/ how data will be curated and preserved.
