Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan

Communication activities will be planned and implemented from the beginning of the Project, based on a comprehensive Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (CDEP) that will be delivered by month 4 by the Consortium and whose development will proceed from internal periodic reports, including a record of activities related to dissemination and exploitation that have been undertaken and those planned. The CDEP includes the Data Management Plan (DMP). The CDEP will consider the following aspects: the measures to be implemented during the project for dissemination, how data will be exploited and/or shared/made accessible, the ways to involve potential final users and stakeholders and the local regional political context, the activities related to education and training, the final application of results and the measures to be implemented after the end of the Project. The MUSA Management Committee will periodically check and follow the CDEP for identification of transferable knowledge and/or publications and production of other communication tools. The dissemination procedures will have different scales, depending on targets. The CDEP will show how data will be exploited and/or shared/made accessible for verification and use.
