Deliverables
(Corresponding with Task 7.6 ORDP - Data Management Plan) Document, generated within the first 6 months of the project and updated every 6 months, that contains the analysis of the main elements of the data management policy that will be used in the project with regards to all the datasets that will be generated (e.g. experimental data gathered from lab research and field tests, IPR, industry, public and venture capital contacts, etc.).
Corresponding with Task 33 Sensitivity research in to possible impurities and consequences of large amounts of N2 with the results of the postmortem analysis of the methanol catalyst including its resistance to deactivation Additionally a sensitivity analysis on the utilisation of high quantities of N2 in BFG within the overall process performance will be conducted
Electrolysis in the Iron & Steel Industry(Corresponding with Task 5.2. Electrolysis in the steel industry: O2 for oxy-steel and H2 for MeOH) Document that includes a description of the models for O2 and H2 production via electrolysis. When addressing the optimum energy efficiency and emissions, the overall production system for steel and methanol and their requirements for O2 /H2 production are described in this document.
Preliminary Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) report on proposed methanol synthesis(Corresponding with Task 6.2. LCA, CO2 abatement potential) Report that will summarize the preliminary partner interactions (e.g. questionnaires) regarding the conceptual layout and mass and energy balances for methanol synthesis to be used in Life Cycle Inventory (LCI).
Corresponding with Task 25 Procurement and construction Pilot plant demonstration unit connected to battery limits
Delivery of scale-up methanol catalyst and sorbentCorresponding with Task 41 Catalyst and sorbent fabrication in the required quantities Document with testing results of the selected catalyst scaledup to the tens of Kgs scale The document will also include the results of the sorbent synthesis process optimisations for cost reduction and further improved sustainability
