Results of users tests in controlled conditions to check algorithms performance before real time implementation.
Final intervention plan to prevent cognitive, physical and social decline in the elderly(Resp.: UNITO, Participants: LBORO, DSHS, JOAFG, ISMB, IBV, GESMED, TOHOKU, SNU, USC) UNITO, in collaboration with LBORO, DSHS, JOAFG, ISMB, IBV, GESMED, (and Austral-Asian partners) will propose final intervention plans to prevent cognitive, physical and social decline in the elderly, based on the my-AHA evaluation results in Europe, Asia and Australia.
Description/Update of the End-User Requirements IIUpdate of deliverable D2.5 Results from the pilot (wave 1) and first Living Lab phase. Will be the input for the re-design phase of technologies before starting the final evaluation.
Roadmap/Updates of End-Users Ethical & Privacy Views IIISecond Update of Deliverable D2.13
Final reportThe final report of the project will be prepared at the end of the project and submitted within 60 days. It will consist of i) a technical final report, concerning the overview of results and their exploitation and dissemination, a summary for publication, conclusions and socioeconomic impact, and ii) a final financial report concerning a final financial statement.
Code-of-Conduct"The Code of Conduct will be prepared in response to the need to create a framework of rules and a set of Best Practice Guidelines. The Code of Conduct strengthens the Consortium Agreement to benefit end users and generally raise standards. It covers good practice regarding data accuracy, technical competence, and the publication of information about the aims and the results of the project. The Code of Conduct will also cover a set of general principles and requirements that should be followed by parties when appointing or recruiting researchers. It will also take advantage of the principles that inspire other documents, such as the ""European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity""."
Proposition of a new cumulative frailty index(Resp.: UNITO, Participants: LBORO, DSHS, JOAFG, ISMB, IBV, GESMED, USI) UNITO, in collaboration with LBORO, DSHS, JOAFG, ISMB, IBV, GESMED, USI, (and Austral-Asian partners) will propose a new cumulative frailty index based on the my-AHA evaluation results in Europe, Asia and Australia.

Final SymposiumThe final symposium is an event for the project to present its findings to a broad community. Within a scientific part, research findings will be discussed together with secondary end users. In a public part, press information and demonstrations will be made available to visitors. The facilities of Johanniter in Vienna, Austria stand ready to be host of the symposium.
Long-term Living Lab Studies and Participatory Design I(Resp.: USI, Participants: All) This task refers to the setting of living labs connected to the user groups in the project in order to give further support to the establishment of Evidence-Based Practice in ICT design. The task will provide the socio-technical infrastructure to support end users in co-creation, exploration, experimentation and evaluation of innovative ideas, scenarios, concepts and related technological artifacts. The infrastructure as central entry point for the users will include a social collaboration platform that addresses two aims. It enables the user to provide profile information including personal profile, preconditions, risk factors, unhealthy behaviours, preferences, physical activity, sleep and mental status. Such information can be combined with the measured data and then be used to provide the user with the optimal health promotion and intervention. The platform also addresses the aim of a practise-based design by supporting users to exchange and collaborate. Access to the platform will be possible from different devices. The aim of the Living Labs is to keep users in the loop. These Living Labs will start during the project and continue until its end. In the project different phases, adaptation, integration and evaluation, are planned. In all of them it is crucial to test the systems in a real environment to: 1. explore complex problems which come up with everyday home use, 2. explore new use cases as opportunities for novel functionalities and 3. provide solutions for re-development of tested components. Main focus will be on accessibility, long time usability and high flexibility to address the broad range of end-users. Due to the all-encompassing set of devices these aspects the evaluation will take into account interaction mechanisms software and hardware. Further there will be user groups in different EU countries and abroad to compare the appropriation of the system and identify cultural differences and necessary adaption for wide acceptance.
Long-term Living Lab Studies and Participatory Design IIUpdate of Deliverable D2.12
This deliverable represents the Main Wave prototype of the cognitive games and exergames. In particular, based on previous D5.1, it is the second version of the prototype released by the activities of the task T5.1 ready for the launch of the Main Wave.
Prototype on nutrition monitoring and advice through Smart TV & mobile devices version 2: Update of D5.3Prototype of a personal automatic meal plan recommendation system based on artificial intelligence and taking into account the following factors: frailty score, food compositional databases, culture, religion and personal preferences.
DSS Platform IIUpdate of deliverable D6.3
"""My personal dashboard"" version 2: update of D5.4"This deliverable represents the Main Wave prototype of “My personal dashboard” In particular, based on previous prototype (D5.4), it is an updated version of the prototype released by the activities of the task T5.4 ready for the launch of the Main Wave.
